Un imprescindible para los celíacos en Londres. Confirmación de la gran organización, de la espectacularidad de los locales Hard Rock y de la constante sensibilidad hacia lo sin gluten. El menú es casi intercambiable.

Vine aquí específicamente porque tengo que comer sin gluten. También he tenido cirugía bariátrica, ¡así que estaba encantado de que me dejaran pedir del menú infantil! Los camareros eran unos verdaderos dulces. Grandes sonrisas, gran ambiente, parecían genuinamente felices de servirme. La comida fue una hamburguesa con bacon y queso para niños con papas fritas. No vino con ketchup. Tomé agua ya que venía de un tour a pie. El gerente trajo mi comida y mi hamburguesa tenía un palillo con una bandera morada, ya que era con un pan sin gluten. Así que, obviamente, toman en serio el sin gluten. El baño estaba limpio.

Third time we have visited Picadilly (many other visits globally). As usual, food was amazing & staff were brilliant. They were super accommodating for me being celiac - even checking the ice in my cocktail was fresh so there was no risk of cross contamination from beer which was so thoughtful. (Thanks Sumeet!!) But guys... its the HARD ROCK CAFE. People come here to listen to Rock. Not D&B, not Pop, not Ariana Grande or Tyler the Creator. Please sort your playlist out. This weekend both Metallica and Pantera are in town - not a single song of theirs was played. You missed a trick.

Muchas gracias a nuestra maravillosa camarera Julie por ir más allá y hacer que mi celebración de cumpleaños número 21 fuera tan especial. Todo el personal que conocimos durante nuestra visita fue tan encantador. ¡La comida estaba deliciosa y recomiendo encarecidamente la limonada de fresa y albahaca! No hubo ningún problema con mi alergia al gluten y me proporcionaron un menú sin gluten. Definitivamente regresaré siempre que esté de nuevo en Londres. ¡Muchas gracias!

Absolutely awful experience here…I came here with my partner and sister as we chose this place to dine in before getting our train back home. After spending all day in London we were really looking forward to eating here. Especially as we have never been before and love visiting hard rock cafes! I chose this place because I know they do a separate gluten free menu and is a trustworthy place. Unfortunately our server was extremely rude (I can’t remember his name but I have a feeling it was Marco or Marcus)- chubby older man with glasses and dark hair I believe. As soon as we sat down at our table he asked if we wanted anything we said we need a few mins to decide. We waited ages to be served by him and he was serving all the tables around us then he finally came to our table. I asked him a question “what is in the messi child’s burger” he immediately goes “that’s for children” but I was just asking what was in it. It made me feel ashamed and silly. I said I can only eat small portions and he continued to say the children’s menu is only for children and that I couldn’t have it and continuing to make me feel embarrassed. I have a health condition where I cannot digest large portions, I also am gluten free. I did not explain myself to him as I believe this is something stupid regardless if someone had a health condition or not…he wouldn’t let me order it so I said we will leave and he just rolled his eyes at me and walked away. Such unprofessional customer service especially disappointing as it is the Hard Rock Cafe. All staff members working in any customer service role are representing the business so it is embarrassing for the company that they employ people like this. Especially it being a food place where people will have allergies and specific diets. He wasted so much of our time that we didn’t actually have dinner as it was a Saturday night and every restaurant I could eat at was booked up so this was a massive inconvenience for us. Very poor bad experience.

We are regulars here but honestly the food has taken a quality dive, the wings I usually have the last 3 times have been over done, so I decided to switch it up and get the filled pork and half chicken and the chicken was over done, like I understand these things are cooked in advance but this felt as though it has been kept in the oven for several hours, it was dry, hard and some parts were inedible. Service has changed too, there definitely seems to have a change in the staffing, it's not what it once was. It is a shame as they have a gluten free menu and this is why I go here, but latest it's been a disappointment, last time we went in to town we ended up just eating at a different restaurant when this would have been out first choice. Sad times.

¡Gran ambiente como siempre en Hard Rock! Comida sabrosa, buena música y un fantástico menú sin gluten: sí, una hamburguesa sin gluten, alitas y brownie. Todo estaba delicioso y lleno de sabor.

Es absolutamente increíble. Maravillosa atmósfera y realmente me sentí atendido con la comida y la bebida. Debido a que no puedo consumir lácteos, el gerente salió para asegurarse de que estaba contento con mi pedido de comida y confiado. Es una pena que solo hubiera 3 opciones que podía tener y que las papas fritas se cocinaron en el mismo aceite que la masa, así que estaban contaminadas. Sin embargo, el pollo y la ensalada fresca fueron más que suficientes, muy bien presentados y sabrosos. Mi hijo de 10 años tuvo la hamburguesa de tocino para niños con papas fritas, mi esposo tuvo la hamburguesa de tocino para adultos con un lado de aros de cebolla. Todas las comidas estaban sabrosas y eran abundantes. Bebimos un mojito original, un hurricane y coke zero. Estos se pidieron en los vasos que puedes quedarte. Se recogen en la tienda de regalos después. Es seguro decir que definitivamente volveremos y el servicio fue increíble. ¡Gracias a todos por hacer que una persona que sufre de intolerancia alimentaria encuentre todo un poco más fácil esta noche! 👏😊
