Un must per il celiaco a Londra. Conferma della grande organizzazione, della spettacolarità dei locali Hard Rock, della grande sensibilità costante al senza glutine. Menu quasi sovrapponibile.

Sono venuto qui specificamente perché devo mangiare senza glutine. Ho anche subito un intervento chirurgico bariatrico, quindi ero entusiasta che mi lasciassero ordinare dal menu dei bambini! I camerieri erano davvero dolcissimi. Grandi sorrisi, ottima atmosfera, sembravano genuinamente felici di servirmi. Il cibo era un semplice cheeseburger con bacon per bambini con patatine. Non è arrivato con il ketchup. Ho preso acqua poiché venivo da un tour a piedi. Il manager ha portato il mio cibo e il mio hamburger aveva uno stuzzicadenti con una bandiera viola, poiché era con un panino gluten-free. Quindi ovviamente prendono sul serio il senza glutine. Il bagno era pulito.

Third time we have visited Picadilly (many other visits globally). As usual, food was amazing & staff were brilliant. They were super accommodating for me being celiac - even checking the ice in my cocktail was fresh so there was no risk of cross contamination from beer which was so thoughtful. (Thanks Sumeet!!) But guys... its the HARD ROCK CAFE. People come here to listen to Rock. Not D&B, not Pop, not Ariana Grande or Tyler the Creator. Please sort your playlist out. This weekend both Metallica and Pantera are in town - not a single song of theirs was played. You missed a trick.

Grazie mille alla nostra meravigliosa cameriera Julie per aver fatto di più e per aver reso la mia celebrazione del 21° compleanno così speciale. Tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato durante la nostra visita era così gentile. Il cibo era delizioso e consiglio vivamente la limonata con fragole e basilico!!! Non ci sono stati problemi per la mia allergia al glutine e mi è stato fornito un menù senza glutine. Tornerò sicuramente ogni volta che sarò a Londra. Grazie mille!

Absolutely awful experience here…I came here with my partner and sister as we chose this place to dine in before getting our train back home. After spending all day in London we were really looking forward to eating here. Especially as we have never been before and love visiting hard rock cafes! I chose this place because I know they do a separate gluten free menu and is a trustworthy place. Unfortunately our server was extremely rude (I can’t remember his name but I have a feeling it was Marco or Marcus)- chubby older man with glasses and dark hair I believe. As soon as we sat down at our table he asked if we wanted anything we said we need a few mins to decide. We waited ages to be served by him and he was serving all the tables around us then he finally came to our table. I asked him a question “what is in the messi child’s burger” he immediately goes “that’s for children” but I was just asking what was in it. It made me feel ashamed and silly. I said I can only eat small portions and he continued to say the children’s menu is only for children and that I couldn’t have it and continuing to make me feel embarrassed. I have a health condition where I cannot digest large portions, I also am gluten free. I did not explain myself to him as I believe this is something stupid regardless if someone had a health condition or not…he wouldn’t let me order it so I said we will leave and he just rolled his eyes at me and walked away. Such unprofessional customer service especially disappointing as it is the Hard Rock Cafe. All staff members working in any customer service role are representing the business so it is embarrassing for the company that they employ people like this. Especially it being a food place where people will have allergies and specific diets. He wasted so much of our time that we didn’t actually have dinner as it was a Saturday night and every restaurant I could eat at was booked up so this was a massive inconvenience for us. Very poor bad experience.

We are regulars here but honestly the food has taken a quality dive, the wings I usually have the last 3 times have been over done, so I decided to switch it up and get the filled pork and half chicken and the chicken was over done, like I understand these things are cooked in advance but this felt as though it has been kept in the oven for several hours, it was dry, hard and some parts were inedible. Service has changed too, there definitely seems to have a change in the staffing, it's not what it once was. It is a shame as they have a gluten free menu and this is why I go here, but latest it's been a disappointment, last time we went in to town we ended up just eating at a different restaurant when this would have been out first choice. Sad times.

Atmosfera fantastica come sempre al Hard Rock! Cibo delizioso, grande musica e un fantastico menu senza glutine: sì, un burger senza glutine, ali e brownie! Tutto era squisito e pieno di sapore.

It's absolutely awesome. Wonderful atmosphere and really felt looked after with food and drink. Due to not being able to have dairy, the manager came out to ensure that I was happy with my food order, and confident. Its unfortunate that there were only 3 choices I could have, and the fries were cooked in the same as the batter, so cross contaminated. The chicken and fresh salad was however more than enough, really well presented and tasty. My 10 Yr old had the kids bacon burger with fries, my husband had adults bacon burger with a side of onion rings. The meals were all tasty and plentiful. We drank an original mojito, hurricane and coke zero. These were ordered in the glasses that you can keep. You collect them from the gift shop after. Safe to say we will definitely be back and the service was awesome. Thank you guys for making a food intolerance sufferer find it that bit easier tonight! 👏😊
