We had such a lovely experience in pizza express yesterday thanks to the lovely Shawn. She was just amazing ⭐️ She asked about allergies and then asked if I was coeliac or gluten intolerant, that question right there made me feel so much safer eating here. Being Coeliac sometimes feels unsafe eating out but she assured us that everything would be fine and the risk of cross contamination is pretty much none. The food was so tasty we got dough balls then the American hot pizza and bbq burnt ends. Overall we had such a great experience here and would definitely recommend. 🥰🥰

I am no Italian food connoisseur, but we thoroughly enjoyed their Roman magherita pizza and gluten free pollo pesto pasta

Wasn’t busy when I arrived yet service took a long time. Said no to allergies and then my main arrived as gluten free - despite being served doughballs prior. No time to fix as had already waiting 30min for food to arrive. Served by someone not in stripes, so assuming he was a manager but his service was very slow.

We had very nice experience at Pizza Express. We have had excellent service and food was really nice. Specially designed menu for vegan and lots of choices for gluten free. We will definitely come back 👌 Unfortunately we only managed to take one photo as we were so concentrated on food 😂😅

Adoro!! Ristorante perfetto per famiglie. Anche il mio bambino lo ha adorato. E io ero così felice per il delizioso cibo senza glutine. Ottimo anche il personale!

This restaurant is awful. I am suspecting the genuinity of the positive reviews. I wish I can put 0 starts. My mom and I were there yesterday for the dinner. I opened my crisp bag because I was starving and I have this silly habit to always eat my pizza with crisp. I was chocked when the waiter approached for saying that I am not allowed to eat something else in the restaurant. I would have understood if the restaurant proposes crisp with menu. Then, I had no choice than canceling my order. I tried to explain to the restaurant's manager that is insane and I was never refused to combine my meal with a bag of crisp or something else anywhere else. However, he sticked to this rule with no sense. The irony of the situation is that the manager of the restaurant preferred to see to customers coming for the first time leaving rather than letting a harmful bag of crisp on the table. It has so more amazing places around, then I would advice people to not keep eating within places where we are not free to combine food with whatever we want. Update on 17/05/2022: Just to answer to your reply: thanks for the email address, I will definitely send an email expressing my opinion. Sorry to point it out but your policy has no relationship with allergens. If it was your concern, you would prohibit the takeaway as well because people in their house could combine food. Also, do you know the number of allergies associated with Mushrooms? You would also have to stop adding this product and many others that can represent a high risk of allergies. Moreover, if we start thinking in this manner, let's ask customers to provide a certificate attesting that they have no allergy-related to any of your products. To sum up, this insane policy has no relationship with allergens, it is just for forcing customers to buy as many products that are possible from your restaurant. If the customer does not enjoy their meal, no matter. Hence, unfortunately, your restaurant prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.

È una catena, ma non è affatto male. C'erano opzioni senza glutine per il mio ospite e la mia pizza era sorprendentemente buona. Il servizio è stato attento senza essere invadente. Accettano anche tastecard, il che significava che il mio pasto era a metà prezzo. Non si può discutere su questo.
