Consigliato per cibo e servizio. Mi hanno aiutato con la mia intolleranza al lattosio. La focaccia è molto buona, così come il pollo e lo stufato di cervo. Le patate al forno sono davvero gustose. La cameriera è stata gentile.

Loads of people recommended it and it really lived up to its reputation. Delicious food, very cheap and excellent service. Lots of gluten free options, too. 100% recommend

We visited Howies Victoria Street. The restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 5:30 and people are waiting outside for the doors to open. You need to book ahead in order to get in. We received our food and drink very quick despite the place being packed. Food was delicious and they were very accommodating for my husband's celiac requirement. Highly recommend for your trip to Edinburgh.

Che posto carino! L'ingresso è una vibe e l'interno è accogliente e piccolo. Utilizzano lo spazio ridotto molto bene e riescono a mettere molti tavoli. Si sente un po' stretto, ma ne vale la pena per l'eleganza e il cibo!

LOVED this meal. Very popular with large groups and tourists- can see why, the food was GREAT. So definitely book ahead of time as many people got turned away for walk-in tables. Smoked salmon starter 👍🏽 Catch of the Day was Hake 👍🏽 Black Pudding 👍🏽 nice atmosphere and vibe. Would highly recommend :) Gluten free options available and menu is very clear about dietary requirements.

Really loved dining here. Very friendly staff and incredibly knowledgeable about whiskey. The food was delicious and they were super accommodating about my lactose and gluten intolerance. Amazing service!
