Il nostro cameriere era Erjon, che era cordiale, professionale e attento. Ero lì con mia nipote, che deve mangiare cibo senza glutine e senza latticini. È anche allergica alle uova. Prima che ci sedessimo, Erjon aveva pulito i posti a sedere della cabina e sotto il tavolo, poiché prima c'era stata una famiglia con bambini. Quando ci ha consegnato i menu, ha subito chiesto se c'erano esigenze dietetiche o allergie e mia nipote ha spiegato le sue. Poi ha suggerito alcune opzioni e fornito informazioni sui piatti. Ha aiutato entrambi noi con le nostre app del telefono, poiché avevamo dei panini gratuiti e un caffè gratuito. Ha portato automaticamente a mia nipote i suoi panini con burro vegano. Ha soddisfatto le esigenze alimentari di mia nipote molto facilmente e conosceva il menu in modo approfondito.

Data della visita: 25.04 Ottime, deliziose due pizze gluten-free di 11". Una vegetariana e l'altra con carne macinata. La migliore cameriera di Londra: Klaudia Molto gentile e con grande conoscenza delle pizze e parla polacco ;)

I usually like Pizza Express for its consistency and food, branches such as in Ealing, Windsor and Radlett is where this happens. The Westfield White City though was a big nehh! We were greeted with a yawning waiter on the door. They say, first impression counts right? Body language is so off that he made us feel that our patronage with the business is not valued. Upon ordering, as my son has a slight intolerance to tomato, I kindly asked the waiter if my kid could just have plain pasta. To my surprise, apparently this couldn’t happen! I mean! What?! Plain pasta with no sauce, I asked why, I was replied to with ‘the manager don’t want us to do this’, ‘we put the pasta in the oven where we cook the pizza’. I mean what?! Even in Italy I have never ever heard of this. If it couldn’t get even worse, I asked for water as my kid was asking, when I asked a waitress, it was like talking to a zombie! Uninterested and unhelpful. The water arrived with no glass or ice, I asked for ice and have given me ice on a dirty glass. I asked for a Sicilian lemonade and literally tastes like water. Trust me, I know the taste as I’ve had it literally millions of times before. The food came out, pizza was ok but the lasagne was burnt. It was not even busy. Thumbs up though for letting me hear all your life story and gossips (waiters and chef). So unprofessional! I think I would stick with my usual Pizza Express branches that actually loves what they do.
