Top Restaurant, ordino qui online, la selezione è enorme (tra l'altro opzioni senza glutine, farro, integrale, ecc.) e si lavora principalmente con prodotti biologici di alta qualità, il che si sente sicuramente nel sapore! Preparazione e consegna sempre super veloci.

Wir haben einen rundum positiven Eindruck von "mama trattoria" am Hamburger Rathaus und möchten unsere Erfahrungen teilen, um anderen Gästen Mehrwert zu bieten. Atmosphäre und Lage: Das "mama trattoria" liegt ideal in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hamburger Rathaus und ist bestens erreichbar. Das Restaurant hat ein modernes, gemütliches Ambiente, das für Familien, Gruppen und Paare gleichermaßen geeignet ist. Kulinarisches Angebot: Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut: Die Pizza überzeugt mit hauchdünnem, rustikalem Teig und frischen Zutaten, die Pasta wird al dente serviert und kann auf Wunsch sogar glutenfrei oder vegan bestellt werden. Service und Gruppentauglichkeit: Das freundliche und aufmerksame Service-Team geht flexibel auf alle Wünsche ein – ob individuelle Kinderportionen, glutenfreie Alternativen oder größere Gruppen bis zu 16 Personen, alles wird unkompliziert und zuvorkommend möglich gemacht. Auch bei starkem Andrang an Feiertagen bleibt die Wartezeit überschaubar, was den Besuch besonders angenehm macht. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Die Qualität der Speisen ist durchweg gut bis sehr gut - allerdings sind die Preise nicht die Günstigsten. Mehrwert für zukünftige Gäste: Das "mama trattoria" eignet sich hervorragend für spontane Treffen, Familienfeiern, After-Work-Abende und ist ein sicherer Tipp für alle, die Wert auf authentische italienische Küche im Herzen Hamburgs legen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und empfehlen dieses Lokal jedem weiter, der gute Pizza, Pasta und familiäre Gastfreundschaft sucht. Unser Fazit: Wer eine moderne italienische Trattoria mit hochwertigen, frischen Gerichten und ausgezeichnetem Service direkt am Hamburger Rathaus sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben – eine klare Empfehlung für Genießer und Hamburg-Besucher.

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece, con fallos graves si eres celíaco La comida no estaba mal, pero las raciones eran pequeñas para el precio. Comparando con otras mesas y fotos del local, nuestros platos eran especialmente escasos. Pedimos tres platos sin gluten y avisé expresamente al camarero de que soy celíaca y tienen que tener muchísimo cuidado con la contaminación cruzada. Aun así, me sirvió una ensalada acompañada de una cesta de pan. Al decirle que no podía tener pan por alergia, hizo la “broma” de acercármelo a la cara. Un gesto totalmente fuera de lugar que no tiene ninguna gracia. El local tenía las ventanas abiertas y las mesas de la terraza estaban justo pegadas, con lo que el humo de los cigarrillos entraba directamente. Era como comer dentro de un fumadero: muy desagradable. Los baños estaban sucios y el sitio da la sensación de restaurante para turistas: caro, ruidoso, sin cuidado por los detalles ni por la atención. Compared to other tables and photos of the dishes, ours looked particularly small. We ordered three gluten-free dishes and I clearly told the waiter I have coeliac disease and they must avoid cross-contamination. Still, my salad came with a bread basket. When I told him I couldn’t have gluten due to allergy, he jokingly pushed it near my face — completely inappropriate and not funny at all. The place had all windows open, and terrace tables were right next to them. As a result, smoke from people outside came straight in. It felt like dining inside a smoking area — really unpleasant. The toilets were dirty, and the restaurant felt like a typical tourist trap: overpriced, loud, with poor attention to detail and careless service. Definitely not going back. ——— Überteuert und nachlässig – besonders problematisch für Zöliakie-Betroffene Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber die Portionen waren für den Preis sehr klein. Im Vergleich zu anderen Tischen und den Fotos im Internet wirkten unsere Teller besonders mickrig. Wir haben drei glutenfreie Gerichte bestellt, und ich habe dem Kellner deutlich gesagt, dass ich Zöliakie habe und sie sehr auf Kreuzkontamination achten müssen. Trotzdem brachte er mir den Salat mit einem Brotkorb. Als ich ihm sagte, dass ich aufgrund einer Allergie kein Brot essen kann, hielt er es mir aus Spaß fast ins Gesicht. Absolut unangebracht und kein bisschen witzig. Die Fenster waren offen und die Tische draußen standen direkt daneben, sodass der Zigarettenrauch von draußen komplett hereinzog. Es roch drinnen stark nach Rauch – sehr unangenehm. Die Toiletten waren schmutzig, und insgesamt wirkt das Restaurant wie eine typische Touristenfalle: teuer, laut, lieblos im Detail und ohne Rücksicht im Service. Ich komme nicht wieder. ——- Troppo caro per quello che offre, e pericoloso per i celiaci Il cibo non era male, ma le porzioni erano piccole rispetto al prezzo. Guardando i piatti di altri tavoli e le foto del locale, i nostri erano chiaramente più scarsi. Abbiamo ordinato tre piatti senza glutine e ho spiegato chiaramente al cameriere che sono celiaca, quindi devono fare molta attenzione alla contaminazione crociata. Nonostante ciò, mi ha portato l’insalata con un cestino di pane. Quando gli ho detto che non potevo mangiare pane per motivi di allergia, ha fatto la “battuta” di avvicinarmelo alla faccia. Un gesto totalmente fuori luogo e per nulla divertente. Le finestre erano tutte aperte, e i tavoli della terrazza erano attaccati: il fumo delle sigarette entrava direttamente nel locale. Sembrava di mangiare in una sala fumatori, davvero sgradevole. I bagni erano sporchi, e il ristorante ha tutta l’aria di una trappola per turisti: caro, rumoroso, poco curato e con un servizio superficiale. Non ci tornerei.

Servizio eccellente, atmosfera piacevole, posizione comoda e un menu ben bilanciato. Le opzioni senza glutine erano numerose e ben distribuite nel menu. Il cibo è ovviamente preparato con cura e le porzioni generose. Siamo felici di aver provato questo ristorante.

Great food, although for my taste a bit of too much dressing on the salad I ordered. Nice atmosphere, wide variety of organic/gluten and lactose free meals to choose from, I would recommend it. My only regret was the seemingly agitated manager (owner?), who felt like being annoyed with almost everything, including me as a guest, although promise: I behaved and was silent as a mouse. Still, he usually spoke to me from kind of behind, standing on the stairs beside the table on the other side of a small partition wall, so I always had to twist myself like he was a diasbled angry robot, unable to come up to my table and have those conversations face to face as is the norm, I would gather. But maybe his curious temper was just a feature, a way for him to express being a true Italian with mood swings attributed to the great people of beautiful Italy in a less PC world eons ago. A bit more warmth and attention would have been nice after a 12 hours bus-ride that evening. Other than that, all was excellent for me.
