Mia moglie ha la celiachia e trovare Shion è stata una grande fortuna per noi. Non solo è tutto senza glutine, ma è assolutamente delizioso. Shion ha anche un altro lavoro, quindi è meglio controllare con lei se è disponibile e prenotare. Non te ne pentirai. Shion è un tesoro 😊

Amazing experience, my favorite meal of the trip! Shion does all gluten-free cooking, but she was also able to accommodate a long list of other allergies I sent to her. Everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It was such a cool experience that I'm glad my friends and I could experience together. I communicated back and forth with Shion via email, and we got all the details sorted quickly. She also had some delicious drink options to start us off. The atmosphere is very cozy in the best way (the place is VERY small). HIGHLY RECOMMEND, even if you don't have allergies, but especially if you do! It is hard to make sure food in Japan is gluten-free, so she was a great find! She also provided a take-home bento option that we got for the next day, which covered another gluten-free meal. I had the pleasure of dining with Shion last week and it was such a treat! Making a reservation via email is no problem, because Shion responds quickly. Please note that due to a change in Shion's schedule, she is open ONLY ON SUNDAYS as of now. It is easy to get there via train. Be sure to go to the third floor. Try not bother the other restaurants, they have signs posted that they are not a gluten free restaurant so it seems they've had trouble with confused people. The area is small, but cozy. Shion took such care with the meal. I loved the chicken karage and the fried tofu filled with miso. You can rest assured that Shion has researched the ingredients because she is very sensitive to gluten. I felt perfectly fine after eating here. If you can go, please do! You will enjoy the food and drinks immensely!

We absolutely loved dining with Shion. She prepared an incredible gluten free meal and was also able to cater for dairy free. She even had non-alcoholic drink options alongside an impressive alcoholic beverage offering. Each dish was prepared with love and joy. The personalised, hand written menu and note was so special. If you have coeliac/celiac disease and are visiting Tokyo, this is a must!

Mio marito ed io abbiamo fatto una prenotazione qui alcune settimane prima del nostro viaggio a Tokyo e Shion ha accettato in un giorno in cui solitamente non è aperta. Ha creato un menù speciale basato sulle nostre preferenze che ci ha chiesto via email in anticipo. Non mi sentivo bene dopo essere arrivati al ristorante e lei ha impacchettato il mio cibo in contenitori da asporto (anche il bicchiere di vino che avevo ordinato) mentre mio marito ha mangiato il suo pasto lì e io ho bevuto la mia acqua. Ha detto che era il miglior pasto che avessimo mai avuto! Cucina giapponese autentica senza glutine. Mi ha inviato un'email il giorno dopo per sapere se mi sentivo meglio e ha inviato un link riguardante le opzioni senza glutine a Disneyland perché abbiamo parlato di come ci andavamo! Non cucina con glutine ma ha opzioni di bevande contenenti glutine che sono chiaramente etichettate.
