RESTAURANT WITH 100% CONTAMINATION The restaurant does not guarantee in any way that cross-contamination will not occur, but confirms that all menu items may contain traces of gluten, nuts, and lactose. They have on the menu a gluten-free breaded cutlet fried in a different oil, but the kitchen is shared with no type of separation. The owner is very kind and apologized as he does not wish to be flagged in apps as a restaurant suitable for people with celiac disease.
