My husband and I were passing through and we were lucky to find this magnificent little store exclusively selling gluten-free products. We tried the pizza, which was very good, some shortcrust pastries, also very good, and the fried donut, which was too good!!! I sincerely thank the owner for her commitment, the high quality, and the variety of the products. Many compliments!!!

I adore this gluten-free place, excellent quality both sweet and savory, the fried cream puffs I had this afternoon are a POEMAAAAAA. I kindly ask you to open a location in northern Rome because I can only go to Capena once a month when I go to restock on meat... you would truly make me happy and not just me... your attention and quality make your name an excellence in gluten-free. The flavors of the desserts, I have to say, are excellent. They are very good! The pizza is not bad either! It's just that, in my opinion, it is too expensive. I cook everything gluten-free at home, from desserts to savory dishes. My husband wanted to surprise me by buying a cake for my birthday. A small fruit cake for 4/5 people (diameter not even 16/18 cm) costs 30 euros. It seems exaggerated considering that I often make tarts etc. and certainly the cost doesn't even come close to 10 euros (for the amounts used for those sizes and the ingredients). 30 euros is a bit excessive! Once I bought three pieces of sliced pizza (three pieces about the size of an average hand) and two single servings of dessert and spent 23 euros! Let's say that for someone with a normal salary, they can't be a regular customer! 😅 But for an occasional treat, I recommend it!

It must be because the owner is celiac and likes to eat well, but here you can enjoy a focaccia that tastes very similar to a non-celiac focaccia. Everything is good. Compared to the north, the prices are very low. In fact, after paying and doing the taste test, we went back inside and emptied the store.

We ordered a fruit cake with many requests: gluten-free, lactose-free, without kiwi, and without pineapple. It was really good; the base was crumbly and tasty, and the cream paired excellently with the fruit. The birthday girl appreciated it. What can I say? A place attentive to needs; we will definitely make more purchases.

In addition to making really good pizza, desserts, and bread, she was super sweet and attentive to me ❤️ For my cousin's wedding (who had a reception at a non-SG venue), I made arrangements for one meal for myself and for the groom's mother, both of whom are celiac. We discussed the menu, and Veronica offered to prepare a complete meal that would align with glutenous food... She provided everything from appetizers to dessert, in generous quantities, and since I was struggling with timing, she even exceptionally offered to deliver to the venue (which is nearby)!! She was truly fantastic! We ate incredibly well and I didn't have to worry about anything. Many times we find ourselves in difficulty or feel excluded at such events... Well, that didn't happen to me, thanks to her!

I get bread for my husband at least twice a week and he is very satisfied; he says it is very good. We also tried a small cake with ricotta, which was very good as well, great job! 👏🏻

Special. Sweet bread pizza. Exceptional, a gluten-free, lactose-free lab has finally arrived. Congratulations to the girl owner of the shop, who is also celiac and very attentive to customers and their satisfaction. P.S. If you're lucky, you'll find the handmade lasagna that takes your breath away. I ONLY recommend it.
