I honestly took some croissants but it's better to leave them there, TERRIBLE. I hope the pastries are better even though there are few flavors.

We decided to come this morning to have breakfast at this café because the products are excellent, and the lady (or owner) and the girl who makes the coffees are very kind. I collaborated with them for years on catering supplies for weddings and events. Today the curly girl MANUELA (or Emanuela), after our request to fill two empty croissants with pistachio, decided to throw them at us and slam them on the counter, turning her back to us in an annoyed way, creating discomfort for all the customers present. One comes to have breakfast to relax and feel good, not to argue. We paid for everything and left the croissants on the table. That's not how you work. Next time, she could stick them up her a** so she might relax. That's not how to treat customers.

Very talented and great professionals! Excellent products, especially those without gluten. Last night at 8:00 PM, I had a problem with another pastry shop and was left without a cake for my daughter's 18th birthday, so the very kind pastry chef understood the gravity of the situation, went to the lab, and prepared a beautiful cake for me in no time! Also because finding a gluten-free cake at 8 PM for an 18th birthday is impossible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Pasticceria Charlotte!

Tasting Charlotte's pastries has always been a pleasure because they are filled with different, very good creams that are never heavy. But starting today, they've put the cherry on the cake: they have a specific section for gluten-free desserts!!! Open your ears: we're not talking about pre-made desserts, but about fresh treats made by them in a dedicated laboratory!!! Clearly, my wife, who is celiac, widened her eyes and picked a dessert of every type. In short, her tray was bigger than ours for three people! And while talking to one of the ladies at the pastry shop, we discover that soon they will also start producing gluten-free savory sandwiches!!! Well done and thank you for your attention to celiacs... especially for the little celiacs who will now also be able to enjoy a good fresh dessert with lots of cream 😘
