They say they have a separate oven for gluten-free, but I saw two in the open kitchen, both used interchangeably. They passed pizzas from one oven to the other. I doubt they have a wood-fired oven. Terrible pizza. Until now, I had never had problems, but this time it wasn't up to the quality of the place. It was hard; I struggled to cut it, and it was also a bit burnt. I didn't finish it. As for gluten-free fried items, they only have the crocchè, which is also very good and filled with mozzarella. Almost all the pizzas can be converted to gluten-free dough. I am almost totally asymptomatic; I don't react to contamination, so I can't say for sure that it was contaminated. I recommend you to inform yourself better than I did next time. The staff is always very helpful.

Gluten-free dough is not very good.

Great place, new, well-kept and with a pleasant atmosphere. Wide selection of gluten-free products. Excellent fried foods and balanced flavors. Good pizza with great ingredients, but the dough needs improvement as it is heavy. The dining service is worth trying.

The place is very well maintained, with attention to detail in the decor, and very welcoming. The service was good and efficient. It was Saturday night, so we waited a bit despite the reservation, and we also waited a bit for the arrival of the pizza. I ordered a gluten-free and lactose-free pork, the flavor intrigued me as I had never tried it elsewhere. However, I didn't like the gluten-free dough; it was thick, heavy, and had a biscuity appearance, however, the quality of the toppings was excellent. The prices were reasonable and appropriate for what we ate.

Elegant and well-kept locale. The pizzeria and dining staff are very kind and friendly. Excellent pizza. The gluten-free version is also very good. Light and digestible dough with great product selection. Highly recommended!

I had high expectations since they show well-made gluten-free pizzas on social media, and finding good ones in the area is complicated. The pizza was burnt, practically half of it was inedible; it’s a shame because it looked good... I will go back because I want to give it a second chance, I just hope I won't be disappointed again.
