I discovered this laboratory by pure chance (or perhaps we should call it destiny?!) at the Christmas party at the Castle of Limatola... of course, it was love at first sight! Excellent products, fabulous flavors, and very similar to traditional gluten-containing products (which is greatly appreciated when that nostalgic hunger strikes). I couldn't resist and bought from them again for the Christmas holidays. It should also be said that the owners are two exceptional people who perfectly understand the dietary needs of their customers, which is not something to take for granted these days! Thank you again for taking care of us! Highly recommended ❤️

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and ordering a vegan and gluten-free pizza. Mena was very kind, super understanding, and very respectful and open about other people's values and morals. Usually, when I ask for vegan pizza in southern Italy, I have to say that I have intolerances or allergies, but with Mena, I could be honest and trust her. The pizza was delicious, the service was top-notch, and she was super kind and loving. I can't wait to try more of her delicacies! Thank you so much!

On Saturday, June 7th, I entered a clean and fragrant little shop in Caserta, finally gluten-free. So I surprised my celiac daughter, who enjoyed the savory taralli with almonds, the caprese cake, and the feiselle. The owner is a very kind lady; why isn't there a shop like this in Rome?

Everything gluten-free and also lactose-free products. Artisan laboratory. The lady was very kind, she even offered me freshly baked bread, FABULOUS! "It was like a cloud. The best I've eaten in the last 13 years. I took various products made by her that I still need to test, and then I will update the review. Anyway, I can say that she has dunking biscuits, taralli, frise, cantucci, and more. I will definitely return when I'm in the area. P.S. Even if the shop is closed, you can ring the bell, and someone will come to open it for you. Highly recommended!!!

I had a surprise cake made for me (the smallest they could make) gluten-free... in my opinion, too expensive for a sponge cake covered in simple whipped cream, by the way, missing a candle even though I specified that it was for a birthday 😞

I discovered this fantastic company on Instagram, I was tempted and ordered a bit of everything. For the first time, I tasted fresh flavors that were not at all muddled in my mouth like most companies that produce gluten-free. The fresh pasta is exquisite, the pastries are flaky and tasty, the cookies, muffins, and taralli are divine. I can't wait to order more delicious things again.

I highly recommend Mrs. Mena's products, as she is very accommodating to all needs and various difficulties. My daughter turned out to be intolerant to several foods and, being frightened by the new situation, she started eliminating many foods like bread and pasta altogether. Thanks to Mena, she started eating again. Additionally, with her endless availability, she also delivers to your home. Absolutely try her products.
