We have been customers of Navotti for years, everything is delicious and super safe, from sweet to savory. The cakes we had made for parties and ceremonies are also great and beautiful, from chantilly to classic sacher or caprese.

Absolutely delicious! I bought two fruit cakes: one gluten-free, lactose-free, and derivative-free, and one gluten-free and lactose-free; they were a real success. The quality is incredible, the authentic flavor, and the presentation is impeccable, with very rich fresh fruit. They are perfect for those with food intolerances but still want to enjoy a delicious dessert! The service was very kind and professional. I highly recommend the pastry shop. I will definitely return.

Options both sweet and savory, with a wide availability. Delicious desserts even for those who are not used to eating gluten-free. Family-run; the place is small, but the service is very friendly and fast. Excellent quality.

everything is very good, both sweet and savory. the quality-to-price ratio is excellent and the prices are very low. suitable also for people intolerant to lactose.
5
Delicious zeppole, gluten-free and lactose-free, very light and not too sweet. The two pastry chefs are always kind and helpful.

Pastries, cookies, and very delicious brioche! Friendly and helpful staff. As a celiac and lactose intolerant person, I thank you for the wonderful experience; we will return soon!

I only tried the desserts and they are amazing, I can't wait to try the savory dishes as well. Maximum attention and helpful staff. Suitable even for those, like me, who are allergic to gluten-free wheat because it is not used. Highly recommended.

The absolute benchmark for Gluten-Free pastry in terms of quality, beauty of creations, availability, and courtesy. Lush displays of both sweet and savory items. The environment is small and essential but absolutely clean and friendly. Lactose Free, Gluten Free, and a lot of preparation and availability in advising and supporting in making choices for birthday cakes. Some examples of cake are shown in the photos: the base highly recommended by them (softest dough) and the subsequent arrangement of decorations, decided together in one case and communicated in the other. We often return and can no longer do without it. Amazing!

Truly amazing and very competent owner. Every time I buy one of his creations, from pastries to cakes, it’s always a joy for my palate. I am super happy to have found you ❤️😍 finally gluten-free is not a problem!!! I cry with joy every time I enter the shop, 'I can really eat everything.' Highly recommended ❤️❤️ and above all, really great price!! Are you celiac or lactose-free? What are you waiting for? Book here right away!!! And you will NEVER be disappointed!! I love you from the bottom of my heart, guys, keep it up ❤️

I stopped by the shop without prior notice to pick up a sizable birthday cake; the staff provided me with various options from both the counter and the refrigerator, trying to meet my needs. I decided to get a sponge cake with chantilly cream and chocolate chips. I consumed the dessert the following day, and the freshness was perfectly preserved; the taste was very delicate, the sweetness just right, and the balance of flavors excellent, satisfying all my guests and making it indistinguishable from a regular cake with gluten and lactose. The very kind staff at the time of purchase accommodated my request to add writing in the center of the cake. The prices are reasonable, considering the high cost of the ingredients needed to make gluten-free and lactose-free products. I recommend the bakery to everyone, and I will definitely return to the shop soon.

I truly loved every bite of what I had - from cannolis to cake to cookies. Everything was delicious and not overly sweet. The man behind the counter was very helpful. It was so fun having authentic Italian pastries and not worrying about my Celiac. They had dairy-free options, too. Given that I basically finished everything in one sitting, I will have to go back tomorrow. Yummy!

The buckwheat sandwiches are exceptional, but so are the Hungarian snacks and the puff pastries. At the counter, there is a lot of courtesy and always a ready piece of advice.

A completely gluten-free pastry shop with a wide selection of lactose-free products, both sweet and savory. Convenient prices and friendly staff. I tried the lactose-free Sicilian cannoli, a hazelnut cream face cookie, and a chocolate croissant, all delicious!
5
Everything is delicious! A bit stuck in the 50s, but everything is phenomenal! They also have a lot of lactose-free options!

A very pleasant discovery happened by chance during a Google search. I went to the pastry shop this morning and tried a few things that turned out to be excellent. On the sweet side: fruit tarts, cream puffs, and cannoli: exceptional. On the savory side: stuffed pastries with sausage and greens and ham and cheese pastries: delicious! As someone who is lactose intolerant and a chronic sweet tooth, this was a phenomenal discovery. The desserts are good, tasty, and made with love. Certainly noteworthy is the exquisite kindness and expertise of Alessandro; the pastry shop produces exclusively gluten-free and pays attention to lactose intolerances, in fact, everything is made with lactose-free ingredients and even with plant-based ingredients when the intolerance extends to milk proteins.

I came to Milan and stumbled upon this gluten-free pastry shop. The pastries are the best I’ve ever eaten, there was a wide selection of brioches, pastries, cookies, and focaccia. A must-stop for anyone with celiac disease!

the best bread ever in Milan (and I've tried them all!), made with quality alternative flours and no degutted wheat. The cookies are also fantastic, and the cakes are excellent. The guy at the counter is very kind.

Everything is very good and there is also the possibility to buy gluten-free frozen foods.

Good mignon at very affordable prices. Too bad for the inability to consume on-site.
5
Very well-stocked pastry shop. Wide selection of lactose-free products. The owner and his son are really kind and very knowledgeable! Highly recommended! p.s. They also offer shipping.

delicious pastries, the owner is very nice and makes amazing things

Navotti? Gluten-free? What can I say? Certainly among those I frequent for sweets, pastries, and more, it's the best! Thinking that gluten-free means losing flavor? There's no such risk; at Navotti, there's only an embarrassment of choices, and it's surprising. The sweet and savory options for celebrations will make you forget about traditional pastries (flours, etc...). The quality of preparation is excellent. I recommend it even to those like me who have no gluten allergies or intolerances.

very good!

purchased several products, sweet and savory, always satisfied

Reference point for gluten-free cakes, a fixed stop for every birthday of my daughter for years! Top!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better lactose-free graduation cake. It was a classic chantilly; not being celiac, I was a bit worried that it was also gluten-free, but it was highly appreciated not only by me but by all the guests. Thank you for helping to make my evening special!

Very good gluten-free products and a wide assortment of both pastries and cakes. However, I always find the latter a bit too sweet. The cream puffs are, on the other hand, the best I've ever tasted. The bread is a bit hard for my taste. P.S. It would be perfect if you could also allow payment for fresh bakery products with the ASL voucher for celiacs, as other bakeries/pastry shops in Milan do.

great pastry shop, with a wide choice of fresh gluten-free and dairy-free options.

A few weeks ago, I got into the habit of stopping by Pasticceria Navotti around closing time for a piece of focaccia or pizza and a gluten-free, lactose-free sweet treat. This place represents relief for me, making me forget my health problems and giving me a moment of normalcy and happiness. The quality of the products is excellent (enthusiastically I would say SUPERLATIVE), and the staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful. For Easter, I ordered a classic colomba, truly amazing. Given the inherent difficulty of gluten-free preparations, one cannot help but affirm that this business represents a Bakery with a capital B.

What an amazing find! I’m celiac and so is the friend I was visiting here in Milano. Everything is gluten free. She’s a regular — the BEST were the “mother-in-laws tongue” the palmiers, the cream puffs…lots of options also for those with lactose/dairy allergies and also nut free options. What a find! Grazie mille!

I ordered lobster tails with cream because it had been over 10 years since I had one. It's not an easy task; in fact, it's almost impossible to find them gluten-free, but these gentlemen succeeded in the endeavor and gave me immense satisfaction. The taste is exactly what I remembered. I challenge anyone to find a difference from the classic ones! The displays are filled with every sweet and savory delight, making it hard not to take home a bit of everything, and indeed, I couldn't resist trying other products! The staff is kind and courteous, and the place is clean. It reminds me of the pastry shops of the past, welcoming and simple. I will definitely return in the future. Congratulations!

I got a delicious dessert, and you can't tell at all that it's gluten-free!
5
I bought a cake for a friend who is celiac, but then we all ended up eating it because it was so wonderful, exceptional taste. What can I say?! Absolutely satisfied and we will definitely buy from you again!!

It's the first gluten-free pastry shop I found at the age of 78 that doesn't have cakes on display but only frozen ones.

I went to this pastry shop to buy a gluten-free and lactose-free Panettone. At first, I was a bit skeptical because I had tried some gluten-free products at a bakery/pastry shop specialized in gluten-free near my home and I was not satisfied with the taste (the products had a bitter aftertaste) and texture (chewy and damp), so I wanted to try but without great expectations. I had to change my mind, and I did it very, very willingly! The quality-price ratio is really excellent and the Panettone (a Venetian one, in my case) was good and super! The staff was kind and friendly both on the phone and at the time of purchase in the store. I will definitely return for the Colomba (if they make it).

Excellence in gluten-free in every aspect from sweet to savory!!! Such goodness!!!

Delicious Saint Honoré cake for 20 people. Even my sister, who doesn't like gluten-free or dairy-free sweets because the taste usually doesn't compare to the original, was satisfied; she actually ate a big slice! The guests were also enthusiastic. Thank you so much!

Great variety of dry and filled pastries. The brioche are also very good.. A nice discovery for those who are gluten intolerant.

The pastry shop seems to have been stuck in the 1980s... and it doesn’t appear to be very clean either. But not wanting to judge by appearances and seeing all the good reviews it has, especially for gluten-free and lactose-free products, I decided to take away some pastries. Half an hour later, I returned home in the sweltering heat and finally opened the little package, excited about my purchase (I paid a modest sum of 10€ for 6 pastries... but okay... quality comes at a price!). I tasted the first two, which were cream-filled cannoncini: the pastry was hard and the cream seemed to be rancid and acidic... after one bite, I tossed them out for fear they had been sitting there for days. Then came the zeppola: needless to say the base was COMPLETELY SOAKED IN OIL. Inedible... feeling discouraged, I thought: at least the Sicilian cannoli, which had just been filled (or so I was told) would be fresh and good... no way. I admit the dough wasn’t bad... too bad about the literally frozen ricotta filling. It was like ice cream! Thank goodness the journey from the pastry shop to my house took a good half hour... otherwise it would have been more like marble than ice! Now disappointed (and I would add on an empty stomach), I tried the cassatina. Same story for the ricotta filling inside... the glaze on the outside inedible due to how sweet and cloying it was. What a shame, because I could have found a nice place not too far from home with products for celiacs. Conclusion: I ended up with 10€ less in my pocket that I could have easily torn up and thrown out the window... it would have been exactly the same. I don't think I will return!

Very good! I wish they could deliver in Brazil. Amazing optuons of gluten free pastries.

Niche pastry shop for those intolerant to gluten and lactose. The desserts and homemade pasta are excellent; prices are within the normal range.

A very small bakery and pastry shop offering gluten-free products, some options that are gluten-free and lactose-free, and others that are gluten-free and dairy-free. There is a good selection of bread, pizzas, focaccia, breadsticks, pastries, cakes, and brioches. I have always found everything to be very good and very fresh. Being small, it doesn't have the full selection until the evening, but I happened to arrive late and could get frozen bread from them. For someone allergic or intolerant, it's a godsend. The brioches, pan meino, focaccia, and breadsticks are noteworthy.

A very nice place. The taste of the pastries is good even if the gluten-free items are awful. The pastry chefs work wonders. Thank you!

A must if you are on a gluten free diet - it's simply the best. If only I had more luggage allowance would have brought the entire contents of the shop!
