Very good food, however they do not give you absolute certainty that there is no contamination, as they do not have separate kitchens; they simply told me to "be careful". The fries should be 100% safe because they make them separately and with clean oil.

I have been here many times and I can say that every time eating at Fud is a delight. The sandwiches are very good, the same goes for the fries (those with bacon and cheese are the best). Everything is really delicious. The only downside is that there are no gluten-free pizzas, so we could say one is "forced" to get a sandwich or at least a salad.

I ordered a gluten-free hamburger. When it arrived, I asked for confirmation that it was indeed gluten-free, and the answer was no, so it was taken back to the kitchen. They brought me another one, and even the plate was different, so I trusted it. Now, I can't say for sure if they only changed the bread and the plate, or what... but I just know that I've been having intestinal issues for 4 days. This makes me think that it all stems from a significant contamination (I rarely feel ill from small contaminations).

Quality food. They use all local products. The staff is very attentive in explaining the menu.

I went to FUD Bottega Sicula in Catania and had an absolutely fantastic sandwich. The atmosphere is youthful, well-kept, and very pleasant, with a diverse clientele: families, young people, and individuals of all ages sharing moments in total harmony. The venue is beautiful, well-organized, and exudes a positive vibe. A special mention to the waitstaff: I am intolerant to garlic and onion, and unfortunately, this request is not always met with enthusiasm. Here, however, I found professional, smiling, and truly accommodating staff. With patience, they helped me choose and customize my sandwich without making me feel like "a problem." This makes a difference for me. The burger and the ingredients are of the highest quality; you can feel the care and attention to raw materials. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Catania who wants to enjoy a high-level sandwich in a welcoming environment. Well done!

Located in the food area of the city, with many tables available and very busy. The menu is quite extensive and there’s something for everyone. Excellent attention/proposal for gluten-free options. Everything we ate seemed to be of good quality and generous portions. The service, despite the large crowd, was quick, and the staff were all very kind. The price was appropriate for what we ate. I would definitely come back.
