I have eaten here several times and have never had contamination problems. The food is very good and plentiful, and the staff is knowledgeable about celiac disease. Additionally, the location is nice and very close to the cathedral.

Here you can find excellent gluten-free sandwiches and focaccia (even larger than the gluten ones). My sandwich arrived wrapped like a candy in parchment paper, and I appreciated this care to avoid possible contamination while it was being heated.

Small place with "healthy" food near the cathedral of Catania. The staff is incredibly courteous and attentive to everyone's needs. Good gluten-free options, they have many choices, including bread and crackers in addition to dishes. Both desserts we tried (trilly cake and fedora) were delicious. Congratulations :)
