Pros: delicious pinsa with great dough, spectacular desserts, taken away and eaten the next day unfortunately without cream (which would have been nice if consumed there) Live music (maybe just a bit too loud) but nice Underground style venue is appreciated Owner and waiters are very nice and friendly Cons: The area is horrible but the venue is not so itās overlooked... Service a bit slow and they lost my pinsa which arrived after an hour No cover charge and desserts, while delicious, too expensive (ā¬7 each a bit too much) Overall āāāā and if I were in an emergency gluten-free in the area I would definitely give it another chance

I cannot recommend this place enough! The whole restaurant is gluten-free so there's no need to worry about cross contact. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely amazing... including pizza, pasta, Sicilian dishes and even multicultural dishes. We visited twice now. The first time I had tandoori chicken and this time I had sausage and potatoes. My husband had Moussaka last time and pizza this time. Prices are good. The buns and desserts are outstanding... so good that we ordered some to go! You can order anything here and you'll be delighted. Try it!

We were two: a hungry celiac and a convinced foodie. After a brief search, we ended up at Easy Bistrot in the late afternoon (service highly appreciated for this as well). We were greeted by the sunny and lively Simona, who gave us great recommendations for the standout dishes on the menu. In the end, the hungry one finally enjoyed a meal with great taste, and the foodie didn't even notice that the pasta was gluten-free. Alex in the kitchen skillfully combines the taste of tradition with gluten-free needs. The Vegan cheesecake is absolutely a must-try. We will definitely return to taste the other dishes! Very nice place in the heart of Catania. Amazing doughs, light and super fragrant! I highly recommend trying the pinsa with cabbage and gorgonzola, it's superb. The pinsa alla norma is also very tasty, but nothing compares to gorgonzola and cabbage! Highly recommend the trio of arancin*. Excellent breading! Truly a delight.

AMAZING!!!!! Landed in Catania and searched GF. Found this gem. Was so hard to decide from the menu on what to have as there where so many options. I ended up having the mixed plate and was not dissapointed. Everything was gf heaven. Was so busy eating I forgot to take a photo. Then to top it off we endulged in Apple pie. Open for both lunch and dinner, it is also ideal for a relaxing post-evening. Unique atmosphere also thanks to special evenings with live music, cult movie screenings, and advantageous discounts. The staff is always prepared and available while the chef and owners are very kind, and their little dog is sociable and lively. A landmark in Catania for celiacs and non-celiacs alike. Culinary proposal that requires notable attention and preparation which should extend to the service. I must say that offering a 'pinza alla norma' without ricotta because the customer is lactose intolerant, and not even attempting to substitute it with naturally aged cheese that is lactose-free, clearly highlights a lack of attention towards the customer and unveils a substantial unpreparedness. Lastly, a sore note is the bill, which I believe is not adequate to the food served at the table. Certainly, improvements can be made, but for now, I donāt think we are there yet.

Unfortunately, the location is not the best for its position, it could be worth more! The environment, however, is pleasant, especially if the evening is brightened by some musical event. The staff is nice and helpful (especially the waitresses). The food is truly excellent and the prices are average. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the menu as it didn't fully match what was proposed. We ordered vegetarian single dishes that, according to the menu, were supposed to include baked potatoes and scacciata, which were instead replaced with grilled vegetables without prior notice.

I have been to Easy many times, and every time I remember how much I enjoy eating here. I found an affordable solution to my dietary needs (gluten and lactose) without sacrificing quality. Even the simplest pinsa, the margherita (the one I usually order) is expertly made. The appetizers are also delicious. Everything is great! It's a pity about the environment outside the restaurant; otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

...we arrived at the end of the market, a fact that certainly doesnāt help given the dirt, the smell, and the disorder in a square that should instead be enhanced and beautified (but this certainly shouldnāt fall on an operator!). Apart from the external mess; sublime pinsa, capocollo with mango and dizzying onionsā¦ delightful potatoes. A bit pricey for the draft beer (7ā¬ for a small glass seemed really too much, even if it was good). We will return on a night with live music. Excellent service.

Crostini and tomato sauce served as an appetizer are delightful... spaghetti rolls alla norma, parmigiana, and mixed plate as appetizers are unbelievably tasty. The pinse are delicious, but the top spot goes to the bread seasoned with sausage, pepper, and olives; I couldnāt believe it was truly gluten-free... Even the gluten eaters in the family enjoyed everything. Too bad about the distance... we are from Milan... otherwise, we would have become regular customers... congratulations, guys!!

Great place, everything is really delicious, the cuisine is gluten-free but you wouldn't notice unless they told you. This is one of the best compliments for gluten-free dishes.
