Highly recommended place, conscious and attentive to contamination, even though it's outside the AIC circuit, it's one of the few places where I really feel comfortable going. Great quality-price ratio and attentive, friendly staff. A place where the long-desired inclusion in conviviality is achieved: 10 out of 10!!!

Great place for those who want to enjoy fresh fish, both cooked and raw. There is also a gluten-free menu option. Although the place is not certified, they guarantee maximum safety for those with celiac disease. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to eat excellent quality fish in Catania. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about everything.

Fish restaurant in Catania where I could taste excellent raw fish, the “sushiliano”, and a gluten-free fried paranza. All accompanied by very fresh local white wine! Discovered thanks to Facebook, not part of the AFC circuit.

We went to Paranza at the end of July to celebrate my father's birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Fresh fish, cooked to perfection, with authentic flavors that tell the story of the sea of Catania. A special attention to gluten-free that made me feel completely at ease: the mixed fried fish, both in the classic version and the gluten-free one, was one of the best we have ever eaten, crispy and light, the kind that stays in your heart. The service was kind and attentive, never intrusive, and the welcoming atmosphere made the evening even more pleasant. We will definitely return: for now, it is undoubtedly one of the best seafood restaurants we have eaten at.

I went to this restaurant because it was recommended by a friend, super fresh fish: excellent oysters and non-greasy gluten-free fried food of high quality. The service was very fast and attentive. Good value for money. Definitely a reference point for the future.

Great fish. Everything was delicious. Satisfied with the gluten-free option. Attentive, kind, and caring staff. Recommended for those who want to eat with taste and quality, with the possibility of gluten-free. Better to book because it's in high demand. To top it off, the bill was appropriate for the excellent fish. When I return to Sicily, a stop at Paranza is a must.😋😋
