Delicious arancini, certainly among the best I have eaten in Catania. Perfect outer coating and sublime fillings. Special mention for the ragù one, which is definitely worth trying. They offer various flavors, but unfortunately not all are available gluten-free (due to technical reasons with the coating). They are very nice and super attentive to gluten-free needs; the arancini are fried in a separate oil, and they pay close attention to everything even though they can't guarantee airborne contamination. The arancini are prepared on the spot, so you need to wait a bit... during peak hours it can be a little problematic, perhaps the only downside.

The quality of the arancino is definitely good. Willingness to prepare it, due to supposed many people (?) is very scarce. Kindness and cleanliness of the place are definitely inadequate.

You may have the day when the gluten-free orange is good and other days when it is inedible, frozen inside, icy. They say they make it fresh, but the last time I ate it seemed like a poorly thawed mush. I mentioned it to a very nice guy who told the owner, a loose cannon, a woman with rudeness equal to her arrogance.

I tried the first arancino here and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. More than one option, but the one with meat sauce will remain in my heart. Recommended!

Very kind guys, who take care to warn that maximum safety is not guaranteed as they do not have a separate kitchen. Yet they do everything to avoid contamination; I have eaten there several times and have not had any problems.
