ARIANNA, congratulations on your professionalism! Premise: I am vegan, and on the website, it is not possible to create your own pizza, and due to personal problems, I cannot go out to pick it up, so I called hoping that by placing an order equivalent to the price to be paid, it would be possible to modify just 1/4 of the pizza I was getting. No. No way. We are in 2025; there are people with allergies, intolerances, religions, and different dietary habits. It did not seem like an impossible request, nor did I ask for discounts or variations; quite the opposite. Fortunately, another pizzeria was able to accommodate me. Update yourselves because the pizza is delicious, it's a shame you can't manage the (albeit minimal) needs of the customer.
