Very good dough, maximum safety (they do not deliver gluten-free to home due to fear of contamination from delivery agents) but the ingredients are of decent quality and prices are a bit high.

Getting off the ferry, we found this little place on the fly. The location is very simple, and surprisingly, the gluten-free pizza was really good, appreciated even by my non-celiac partner. He ordered the risotto thinking he could share it, but in the rush, we weren't clear enough, and it was made with the cooking water of regular pasta, so make sure to specify to prepare everything gluten-free, if needed. However, the gluten-free options were not many, just an appetizer, a first course, a main dish, and the pizza.

The pizza is great, the waiters are nice and the atmosphere is very pleasant. After ordering we didn't have to wait long for our food. Another bonus is that they have a gluten free version of every pizza on the menu. Would definitely recommend
