I felt very safe eating this focaccia since it was perfectly sealed and produced by a certified lab, and it was also good. I can't give it 5 stars because, unlike the focaccia, the pizza wasn't as good. I appreciate, however, that it is the only focacceria between Recco and Camogli that gives us celiacs the chance to eat focaccia on the seafront.

Great bakery offering a wide selection of gluten-free products. The focaccia is excellent, both the classic and the cheese version, sold in single sealed portions and frozen. Oily just enough, tasty yet light. Kind and helpful staff.

Exceptional first courses, tasted by chance on the advice of the owner. The focaccia with cheese and the pizzata were excellent. A friend of mine tried the gluten-free option! Truly of high quality! We'll be back very soon.
