Parlando di me, che ho preso la pizza senza glutine fatta con impasto fresco fatto da loro, posso ritenermi molto soddisfatta. Abituata come sono a pizze secche, piatte, bruciacchiate e tristissime... la cascina dei sapori è stata promossa a pieni voti! Attesa un po' lunga ma diciamo che ne è valsa la pena. Fra le migliori pizze senza glutine di Brescia!
