Talking about myself, having had the gluten-free pizza made with their fresh dough, I can consider myself very satisfied. Used to dry, flat, burnt, and very sad pizzas... the Cascina dei Sapori has been rated highly! The wait was a bit long, but let’s say it was worth it. Among the best gluten-free pizzas in Brescia!
