Maximum safety, Valentina is now well-known. The only drawback is that it’s difficult to find variety but especially to find it open 😢 sometimes with certain events in Sarzana I hoped to find her but often it was closed. The savory dishes are all very good!!

My husband and I went to Valentina looking for something to eat, unfortunately we hadn't made a reservation so by 11 o'clock she had already run out of everything. However, we found in her a super helpful person, we talked for half an hour about celiac disease, she gave us very useful information and reassured us. Additionally, she gave us advice on how to find food in Sarzana and Tuscany. With a unique kindness, she also offered us two delicious muffins that she made herself! Thank you so much!! 🌻

Mandatory stop in Sarzana, arrived without a reservation but was still able to try the ricotta and spinach pie and some very good doughnuts, had a little chat and a greeting, see you next time 😉
