They tell you that gluten-free is not a problem, but in reality, when you look at the menu, there are only three items they guarantee are uncontaminated. Moreover, it’s not marked throughout the menu what is gluten-free and what is not (for example, the fries do not list the allergen "gluten", but if you ask, they confirm - of course - that they are not suitable for celiacs. My steak arrived cold; I had asked for it to be medium, and it was rare. We will not be returning.

The sandwiches arrive disassembled and you have to combine them yourselves for greater security. The chips need to be ordered in advance to prepare the frying oil.

I went yesterday with my friends and my boyfriend, and apart from our table, there were only about 3 others occupied, yet the service was incredibly slow. As a celiac, I requested a Classic gluten-free hamburger; I didn't even get the optional fries, €8.50 for a pretty normal burger, but small for the price offered. Furthermore, I found a giant piece of raw onion inside, a centimeter thick; I didn't expect it to be raw. For a friend of mine and my boyfriend, it was a more tragic experience because the meat was burnt and tough, the portions were small but the price was high.
