Completely gluten-free laboratory and also lactose-free on request, the pizzas are truly excellent, fantastic toppings, friendly staff... at the end of the meal, the cream puffs are fantastic with a truly sublime cream. I highly recommend it.

What can I say, a nice discovery. We spent half a day in Matera and on top of that, we found this little place, Pizzeria Il Puro, the gluten-free spot run by Sara, a really excellent pizzeria all gluten-free. My daughter was fascinated by the amazing pizza. Sara, a skilled pizza maker, was attentive and very accommodating, checking to make sure everything was fine for my little girl. Congratulations, I give it a 10+ rating. I highly recommend it.

Delicious food. Sara has been working with gluten-free for years, and every product is fantastic, everything super exquisite. In the morning, bakery, and in the evening other products, including pizza! Highly recommended!

I was in Matera for two weekends for work. Near my accommodation, I found this store that only sells fresh gluten-free products. The owners, a couple, are very kind and welcoming, and going there every day made it inevitable to have a little chat. The food is delicious and there's every kind, both sweet and savory. Great and highly recommended! :)

I have no food intolerances, but I have always preferred quality. At Sara's, I found the eggplant parmigiana, onion pizza (or focaccia), cuddles, pucce, and even desserts that I had lost elsewhere. I challenge anyone to find the difference between gluten and gluten-free. You can see the very high quality of the raw materials. Excellent pizzas of all kinds, made to order. There is an extremely wide selection of products ranging from sweet to savory. Highly recommended.

100% gluten-free locale, a paradise for us celiacs. Really very good pizza, abundant and super fresh ingredients. Amazing fries and out-of-this-world Nutella treats. Generous portions and super affordable prices. Of course, it's not a restaurant, so there’s no table service and it mainly operates as takeaway, but there is space to sit on the street and everything you need to eat on-site. Friendly staff. We would definitely go back.
