Almost the entire menu is replicable without gluten and, although it is not part of the AFC circuit of AIC, the staff is well informed about contamination issues. The quality of the food is good, with a small surcharge for gluten-free options. However, gluten-free bread is not available.

Chosen because it included gluten-free dishes even for the first courses. Only 3 stars because my pasta (pumpkin, guanciale, and gorgonzola) was really bland despite the very tasty ingredients. They never brought bread to the table (I was the only one out of 3 eating gluten-free) and then the worst thing is THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE COVER CHARGE TOO 🫣 Already the gluten-free pasta had a supplement of €2 (I understand it takes effort and time) but then you can't charge me for the cover. Especially since I can't eat the bread that is part of the cover (and nor could the person eating with me since they didn't even bring it). In the end, €20 for a plate of bland pasta and a glass of water... I wouldn't go back.

I went to this spaghetti restaurant for lunch today. I had an exceptional gluten-free Lucanian carbonara and a delicious pistachio soufflé. The attention to gluten-free options is definitely one of the advantages of this place, as is the kindness and friendliness of the staff. I will definitely go back!
