Exceptional restaurant, located in a fantastic setting in the Sassi di Matera. Very high quality of the dishes and attentive service towards the customer. I greatly appreciated the attention to intolerances/allergies from the customer, with appropriate adjustments to the proposed dishes. The quality-price ratio is very fair.

We already knew the restaurant and were happy to spend a pleasant evening there. The attention to customers was highly appreciated; the waiter first asked if we had any allergies or intolerances, and the excellent dishes revisited the Lucanian tradition in a modern way. The appetizer was abundant and the first course of the day was excellent. I noticed a bit too much similarity between the first dish "la rossa" and the appetizer offerings; however, the enlargements were of good quality (and in the end, the typical products are those). The pistachio semifreddo was appreciated halfway; I didn't particularly like the sauce accompanying the dessert. We had issues with the POS... luckily we had cash! In any case, a fair quality/price ratio and friendly, attentive staff: highly recommended!
