Great gelato, really. At the entrance door, it reads to follow the lines according to HACCP, and you can immediately see it! With declared celiac disease, they take clean scoops for every flavor chosen, and they have a specific area in the tub where they take the gelato centrally. The gluten-free cone is amazing, fresh, and crunchy. They are really very attentive, and if they can't guarantee non-contamination for a flavor (perhaps there's not much left in the tub), they'll go get it fresh, just made. Really top-notch!
