Gluten-free pizza that is soft and very good. The gluten-free base is smaller but thicker than traditional pizza. The service was quick. Positive review.

I have been there for dinner twice; the gluten-free pizza is small and thicker than the gluten pizza, but good, soft, and digestible. According to my boyfriend, the gluten pizza is also good and digestible. Reasonable prices for a nice place outside the center of Sirolo.

We went to Fornace on a summer evening and I must say the experience was excellent in every aspect. The place has a welcoming atmosphere, with outdoor tables and a well-kept interior that combines simplicity and warmth. The pizza is really good: thin, well-cooked and light crust, high-quality toppings, and balanced flavors. You can feel the care in the choice of ingredients. The gluten-free option is also excellent, soft and tasty. The staff is kind, smiling, and helpful, ready to give advice and make you feel at ease. Despite the place being full, the service was quick and precise. Prices are more than fair for the quality and location: with a pizza and a drink, you leave satisfied and without surprises. In summary: excellent pizza, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely return and I recommend it to anyone passing through Sirolo.

We ordered 4 takeout pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. They were quick and friendly in preparing them, but the pizzas did not match the other reviews or live up to the restaurant's standards. We chose this place because it offered a selection of gluten-free pizzas, but cross-contamination was not guaranteed. The toppings were poor: in the margherita pizza, the tomato was indistinguishable from the mozzarella.

The only gluten-free pizzeria in all of Sirolo. That said, after 7:30 PM they no longer accept takeout reservations because they only serve inside. According to the restaurant owner, they would need to turn on the oven for a gluten-free pizza (and it's not even made by them, but frozen and needs to be topped later). Result? My son was left without pizza, and it's a SHAME that in a tourist place like Sirolo there isn't a pizzeria that seriously offers gluten-free options. Thanks for the little tact shown, I definitely won't return but will go to Ancona where they are much more serious!
