Knowing their "normal" piadina, I know that the gluten-free one doesn't measure up. That said, they ensure non-contamination by managing everything separately. However, flavors need to be sacrificed as it only comes with cooked ham, and there are no other possible fillings inside. Still good for the gluten-free standard.

Nice flat, but I think there are better options for my taste; however, I didn't find any others at the beach, so I'll make do.

We enjoyed two gluten-free piadine with prosciutto crudo, very good. As an alternative, there was also gluten-free cooked ham. We will definitely return!

Hello! The gluten-free piadina is delicious 🤤 It's a shame that the only filling possible is with raw ham.... after standing in line and seeing all the possible fillings.....🤤🤤

Good piadina, but it's a pity that the only filling possible is with raw ham; I don't understand the reason. For example, to add stracchino and arugula, I don't see where the risk of contamination is; I think it’s just a lack of willingness.

The gluten-free piadina is also good, too bad that the only possible filling is raw ham.

I took the gluten-free piadina, even though the taste is far from a traditional piadina, I appreciate the attempt (2€ extra and only with raw ham). However, I cannot accept that a 33cl Castello gluten-free beer, sold to the public for 2€, is charged at 6€ in your venue; it's theft and an improper use of leverage, celiac disease is not a choice, it’s an illness.

Recently, I had the pleasure of tasting the delicious piadinas from a shop that offers an extraordinary variety of options. The classic wholemeal piadina was simply perfect, with a soft texture and a rich flavor. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the availability of piadinas made with cereals, whole grains, pumpkin, and gluten-free options for those with celiac disease. The selection is truly vast, making this place ideal for anyone who loves good food. Each piadina is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, which is reflected in the taste. If you are a piadina lover or simply curious to try new ones, I highly recommend visiting this shop!

These days, my son and I, both celiacs, visited, as we do every year, the only flatbread shop that made excellent gluten-free piadinas with a good variety of flavors. However, this time they told us that the only safe piadina for celiacs is exclusively with raw ham. Without making a fuss, we took the piadinas to go, along with the gluten ones, and once home, we realized that one gluten-free piadina had been placed in the bag with the gluten-containing ones. Of course, I left that (perhaps) safe one for my son and ate something else. Now my question is: aside from having no choice, why do you offer gluten-free options if you can't manage them properly? My review would be zero stars! Never again!
