I was informed both by phone and on-site that the gluten-free pizza is made with a base prepared and not produced by Pabo's: the result is not bad. Additionally, I was told that the pizza is cooked in a dedicated oven.

Pizza that definitely satisfies, made with their own dough. Very good but challenging.

A different kind of pizza than usual, which I personally appreciated a lot, a place discovered by chance, and I went back because I liked the pizza so much. What impressed me the most was the service, the little attentions towards customers and especially towards my child, which I usually find hard to come by. I live in Venice, and I am often in Rovato; I believe it will become my go-to spot, especially since the price is very reasonable for an easy dinner. I was there with a celiac friend, and he also confirmed the goodness of his gluten-free pizza.

Fantastic pizza and equally fantastic staff, super kind and helpful. I am now a regular customer at the pizzeria in Rovato and I couldn't be happier! Antonio is super kind and helpful just like all the other employees who are uniquely kind. As for the pizza, I have been searching for years for a pizzeria that makes gluten-free pizza that is not bad, and finally after years, I can say I have found it. Even though the base is pre-made, it is of excellent quality and for the pizza price (€10.50 for sausage and fries) the ingredients are very plentiful and good. As for the normal pizza, there's not much to say, it's good and the fact that you can customize it gives it that extra touch. The pizza is light but at the same time filling, the ingredients are excellent and it doesn't sit heavy in your stomach. Definitely worth trying if you want to experiment and are tired of the usual pizza. Even though we took it to go, the place is super cute and has plenty of seating available. I also add that despite the chaos that can be there on the weekend, the wait times are really short and the staff is super and manages well under the pressure from the multitude of people. Highly recommended!

Really good high and soft pizza in a tray, unique flavors, a nice surprise. The gluten-free pizza is also good. Average price. Excellent service, very kind staff. Will return.
