Great experience! Pizza a bit expensive, but the staff was super attentive, kind, and available for any clarification. Having problems with gluten-free wheat, they checked their dough ingredient list multiple times to ensure there was no wheat. Highly recommended place!

Pizzeria with a completely dedicated gluten-free area! Good pizza and friendly staff, recommended!

Very good pizza, but the half-hour wait was really excessive. The tables were not very stable for cutting the pizza. Moreover, ours was near the door where a cold draft was coming in, which didn't allow us to enjoy the excellent pizza as much as we could have.

When it was time to leave, I went to say goodbye to the owner, and I thanked him sincerely. The gluten-free pizza was excellent, the dough soft and tasty, the topping rich. I saw his eyes light up. "I cared a lot.. I had already decided that my pizza should be able to be eaten by EVERYONE. It took me a long time to find the right recipe, but in the end I did it." He speaks to me with enthusiasm, and I look at him with teary eyes. It’s hard not to be able to eat whatever you want, and on top of that, you feel like a burden, having to condition others on where to go, and the managers on what to serve you, being careful about a thousand things. Many managers on social media write that celiacs are a nuisance, better for them to stay at home. Not here. Here you feel good. You don’t feel like a nuisance. Here you find a competent person, who has invested enthusiasm, resources, and effort to structure his place to create a space dedicated to gluten-free food, which hasn’t just thrown together a pizza made in some way just to have something for celiacs, but has spent hours, days, months, YEARS, trying to offer something good, satisfying, even for those who cannot ingest gluten. It’s a challenge that not everyone is willing to face, and he succeeded, putting in effort and passion. I believe it’s right to thank him again, and we will be sure to return, because even those who had "normal" pizzas were more than satisfied, we really liked the atmosphere, and if you want, there are also desserts, gluten-free and lactose-free, what more could you ask for? Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and see you soon!

Customers for many years and the quality is always top-notch. The service and kindness are always at their best. The pizzas are truly good and the boards are exceptional. Stefano introduced me to this place 11 years ago and it has never disappointed me. Highly recommended.

A surprise, we have never been here and we were amazed from the service to the dishes. Really genuine and fresh products! Highly recommended!

We tried this pizzeria for the gluten-free offer as I am celiac, and I must say that they definitely make the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. The appetizer with fried dumplings, focaccia, cured meats, and cheeses (all offered in gluten-free versions as well) was also excellent. The rest of the family, who ate the classic version, was completely satisfied. The staff was very kind and attentive. Truly commendable.

I went to this pizzeria this evening and I had a fantastic time! The pizza was excellent, both the regular and the gluten-free. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. Honest prices and really high quality. It's the only pizzeria in the area that offers gluten-free options and it's also the best. They do both home deliveries and take-out pizzas; in fact, another time I came to pick them up and everything was perfect. I've been a regular customer since the pizzeria was located on the boulevard and I continue to have a great experience every time. It’s my trusted pizzeria. Rating: 10, I will definitely return!

I ordered some takeout pizzas, after paying an extra 2 euros for the whole wheat pizza, so 8 euros for a margherita which, unfortunately in my opinion, was really too thin, salty, and being thin also a bit hard; maybe it was the 3 minutes in the car 🤷🏼♀️

No phone orders are accepted. For two take-away pizzas, over 30 minutes. Confused even in front of the little girl who accesses the cashier and prints receipts without any supervision (?). Pizzas that are neither great nor terrible, prices definitely above average (take-away). In the background, the owner is cursing, it's not clear about what or with whom. But is it necessary? I understand the tension, but it's definitely out of place to hear while waiting for your order. We won't be coming back.

We have been referring to this pizzeria for a few months as it is the only one in the area offering gluten-free pizzas. Starting with the atmosphere and service: for gluten-free pizzas, you cannot order in advance; you have to go there, place the order "live," and wait... they also do not offer delivery for gluten-free orders (it is unclear why). Yesterday, while waiting for the pizzas, it was unbearably hot; furthermore, the two regular pizzas were delivered first, and only after 10 minutes did the gluten-free one arrive (no coordination in service). The gluten-free pizza was burned and not good: every time I have ordered from this pizzeria, I found their gluten-free products rubbery and extremely salty (I repeat, the only reason we often place orders from them is the availability of "pizzeria" gluten-free pizzas). The regular pizzas are never particularly exceptional either. The worst part, however, is the price (I have attached the receipt): not only are the prices of regular pizzas above the area's standards (1 fries and 1 gorgonzola), but also the gluten-free pizza is €13 (with gorgonzola and spicy salami?)?! Why offer this service and then make it prohibitively expensive...? Last but not least, €5 for a 1.5L Coca-Cola... this is an acceptable receipt if it includes cover and service for people eating on-site. Through all this, every time we are waiting for the pizzas, we witness excessive and disrespectful behavior towards employees from the owner (yelling, swearing...). Enough is enough. We have tried to give more than one chance, but you have always failed. Never again.

I ordered scamorza and peppers gluten-free, really good!

Two bland pizzas (speck and gorgonzola / cooked ham and brie) for €21!!! Ordered by phone for takeout, so no delivery, no cover charge, picked up by me, and regular dough, no whole wheat or strange stuff. Two pizzas at a maximum, and I mean MAXIMUM, of €8 each in the entire area. I didn't want to cause a fuss at the register, but on their menu, there were more elaborate pizzas or with fish or seafood that cost less. For these ingredients, spending so much is unacceptable! The pizza is decent, nothing special, average. It's NOT a gourmet pizzeria and NOT in an interesting location (it's a few meters from the Galliate bypass), practically the same pizzas would have cost me less in Milan or Venice. Now I know where not to order next time.

Going there is like being with family; there's no lack of joy! The owners, Michele and Pamela, welcome you as if you were entering their home. The food is of excellent quality! Whether it's pizza or anything else they offer, the choice is always right. Superb quality-price ratio!

We went to this place after making a reservation on Saturday night at 8. It took 40 minutes just to take our order... but let’s go in order. After waiting an hour and a half since entering, the appetizer platter arrived, good and plentiful, as well as the pizza. Notably, the focaccia and gluten-free pizza are prepared on the spot (the place is AIC-certified, meaning it has a dedicated area for gluten-free options). So, the pizzas were really good, excellently topped, but... it was clear that at least 2 more people were needed to serve the tables. From previous reviews, I learned that they had recently expanded and used to mainly do takeout. We had chosen a table inside to avoid being targeted by mosquitoes, but at a certain point, the kitchen odors flooded the dining area (in fact, our clothes absorbed those smells), and they decided to open the doors, resulting in us having to eat quickly and leave, giving up on dessert because of the mosquitoes that had invaded the place. The owner continuously called his staff to order, creating a surreal atmosphere even among the diners. There is potential, but it needs to be nurtured: the three stars can certainly become five, but there's work to be done!

The best pizza in Galliate, although sometimes a bit too salty, but the dough is excellent, digestible for those who have issues with yeast and intolerances, and the flavor and ingredients are great. Slightly expensive compared to others, but for the quality and excellent taste, it's justified. The new environment is fantastic.

Everything was truly perfect! From the atmosphere, to the cleanliness, to the service and hygiene! There was also a wide selection of gluten-free pizzas and desserts for my little girl!

If you love thin and crispy pizza, you're in the right place. I prefer it with a fluffy crust and nice and soft. It's a shame about the tomato sauce, which was a bit salty, and some burnt edges here and there. A point in favor is the second oven for gluten-free pizzas. They were very kind. They even offered us a portion of fries while we waited for the missing person at the table. The wait for the pizzas was a bit long, but they also do a lot of takeout. The outdoor seating area is very nice. Great prices. Here you can still find the margherita for €5.

Really good gluten-free pizza! Being gluten intolerant, having a pizzeria nearby that makes gluten-free is truly a blessing! Good, light, and with quality ingredients, the price is super honest. It's become a regular stop every week! Really great!
