L'Orselli in Borgo Fe' offers a delightful experience with their AIC certified pizzas, renowned for their excellence thanks to the Revolution base. The venue is cozy, but it is advisable to be cautious if choosing dishes other than pizza.

Only the pizza is guaranteed and it's a Revolution base. I ordered ribs, which I do not recommend; they brought BBQ sauce in a packet but be careful because it contained gluten, I noticed it. The place is nice but be careful.

AIC certifications are granted solely and exclusively for the pizza, which is excellent; they obviously cannot guarantee contamination-free status for the rest. Nevertheless, it remains a great experience.
