One of the worst places I've eaten at. Where do we start? Food: Pinsa COMPLETELY without salt. Those who know the real pinsa can understand. I ordered a hamburger and it was completely raw (I had to take it and cook it in the oven). The fried foods are bought (so they are good, at least those). Price Quality: A scam. A simple gluten-free white pinsa costs €11, but it's tiny. The menu prices are outrageous; the only affordable option for a student city like Perugia is the menu with ONE slice of pinsa, a drink, and fries for €5. Either that, or €15 for a menu with a hamburger. A €10 jump is really too much for what you eat. Location: Cold and industrial, which for a place meant to be "warm and welcoming" is not good. Service: The only saving grace, I feel sorry for those who work there and have to lie to all the customers and play along. Now it's up to you. To go or not to go…

Welcoming and clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. I am celiac, and they served me an excellent gluten-free pinsa, which was prepared in a strictly separate area. The pizza maker even described the dedication with which he made it. I can only confirm, you can see and taste it! A great place if you are in Perugia, for celiacs and non-celiacs!

We went for lunch today to this place which I must say is excellent for everything it offers in food for the ideas of combinations they propose and for the preparation of the staff which is never taken for granted and quite strong on gluten-free options to offer valid selections. We had two gluten-free menus to sample both the sandwich and pinsa (super) both served with fries and a drink, and at a more than reasonable price accommodating my lactose-free requests as well. I highly recommend it if you are in Perugia, you can't miss it especially for the gluten-free crowd!! 👍👍😋🔝🔝

Very good food, especially the gluten-free option; undoubtedly one of the best doughs I've ever tried. The only problem concerns the home delivery: unfortunately, they arrived late, although I appreciated the fact that they notified us. Moreover, they had forgotten part of the order. At this point, I would have appreciated if they hadn't been so strict about the missing 80 cents. I think the problem is that they accept more orders than they can actually handle. I understand it was Saturday night and therefore surely busier than usual, but this is already the third time this has happened with them. Definitely recommended for the quality of the food, but it might be wise to order well in advance to avoid eating too late.

Being gluten intolerant limits our options for eating out and is most of the time a disappointment since most expectations are not met. This was definitely not the case here. All their food can be made gluten free and their pinsas are absolutely divine. My husband tried both and he confirmed that one could not tell which is which. The staff are also very accommodating and they tended to all our needs. On our first time there they were closing when we arrived but they were kind enough to still prepare pinsas for us to take away. We liked the place and their service so much, we ate there every day during our 3-day stay in Perugia's historical centre. If you love chocolate as much as we do, do not miss their pinsa with Nutella!

The pinsa was really good with quality ingredients. The staff was very helpful and kind. Also they were very careful with gluten free and food allergies. They are AIC. They also have beer and wine options. I was a little put off at first because of the display of previously cooked pinsa and that there are only three tables but we had great service and the made our order fresh.

The venue is spacious, with indoor and outdoor areas. Prices are average and the food is very good, especially for celiacs (it is an AIC approved venue). The staff is polite and kind. Fast service. Popular with local customers. Pellini parking is just a few meters away (escalator to access the street).

Gluten-free pinsa is delicious, never had such a good one. The hamburger is also excellent, with bread made by them. It's a shame about the environment, small and dark. For the quality of the products, it deserves a nicer place. Very kind staff.

I waited to review this place after trying it a second time. Unfortunately, there won't be a third visit because both times I received the same service, leading me to believe that it wasn't a one-time "disorganization" but rather a habitual issue. As you can understand, this was the second time I ordered two pinse for delivery, and the first time I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes longer, and today there was a 50-minute delay before I could receive my order. Moreover, there was no apology or attempt at an apology for the terrible service. Inevitably, the pinse were cold and rubbery, almost needing to be reheated in the oven. The only star I give is for the fact that they offer gluten-free products. Update: P.S. I believe the term disorganization is more than appropriate since you take orders that you cannot deliver on time. A heartfelt suggestion for the future: review your availability regarding the volume of orders you can accept. I may have ordered at 7 PM, but you were the ones who allowed me to select a delivery time between 8:30 and 9:00 PM. I even got a call from the delivery person at 9:49 PM... If you cannot be punctual, simply do not make a time slot available. Criticism is also meant to help improve, if accepted and not argued against...

For work in Perugia, I stopped by this place twice, enjoying both the pinsa and the hamburger. Both were very good. The dough is made by them and there are different variants, including vegetarian options. You can also get the hamburger vegan and gluten-free. The only downside is the cover charge of €2.5, which is a bit expensive considering that the average prices are around €9-11.

They welcomed us even though the restaurant was almost closing and brought to our table various sandwiches we chose: bacon, truffle, Galeazzo. The sandwich was soft and tasty. A generous dish also included very crunchy fries. The menu, which is also available online via QR code, offers a vast choice of pinsa, pizzas, and sandwiches, as well as beverages, especially beers. There is a wide assortment of gluten-free and vegetarian products. In short, there's something for everyone's tastes and dietary restrictions. This is my first time trying pinsa and I must say it’s really great! Being celiac, I struggle to find places that offer non-packaged foods, and here I've found so far the best gluten-free pinsa! The dough is very similar to pizza but slightly thicker and softer! The interior room is very nice and unique! The staff is attentive and helpful! I recommend it!

I am celiac and I was very happy to discover this location accredited by the Italian Celiac Association. The choice among the delicious pins is endless... the hamburgers are delightful, and the fries are also fried separately without contamination. We stopped by Perugia and found a gluten-free place recognized by Aic. It was excellent; there are endless pins that can be made with the same flavors for those with intolerances. But the menu also has hamburgers and desserts... really everything was very good.

Finding myself in downtown Perugia for university reasons, I stumbled upon a beautifully-looking tavern in the city center that didn't quite match the best quality, as well as the kindness that prevailed. Once inside and welcomed by the owner as if I were a long-time customer, I noticed that the chosen place had much more in terms of quality, delicacies, drinks, and culinary variety at reasonable prices. Enough about their doughs and gluten-free options. Their flagship is the Roman Pins, baked with high-quality dough and ingredients to garnish them. Even the hamburger buns were excellent. Located in a historic corner of Perugia that oozes history and a beautiful medieval Italy. I recommend stopping to taste the various dishes; I will gladly return, and as already mentioned, not as a customer, but as a guest (quote already heard 😜). Googled for an alternative dining option to a Tavola Calda or Restaurant/Trattoria, having two Celiac children, we visited the place with some doubts about the quality of the menu based on previous experiences at other establishments. However, after tasting the ordered dishes, we must compliment the quality of the Pinsa Romana and the Wild Boar Burger (Gluten-Free) which surprised us and exceeded all our expectations. Compliments to the Chef and the hospitality and professionalism of his staff. We highly recommend it to those interested in the menu.

Very welcoming place, well-kept and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. I am celiac, and there are very few places in Perugia where I can eat very well and safely. This is my favorite. A guarantee for spending pleasant time and eating delicious food. In summer, the atmosphere becomes even more charming with the setting up of outdoor tables in the beautiful and elegant street next to the venue, where you can admire the architectural beauties of the buildings and, even while being in the center outside, have a private location. Great hamburgers, I ordered the gluten-free ones and for the first time in years I ate hamburgers worthy of that name (unlike the junk from McDonald's, which are often the only option for celiacs). Excellent meat, really tasty toppings, good bread (it could be slightly improved in texture, but that's just minor details; it's still great for being gluten-free). I ordered for delivery through their very convenient app; they have their own delivery people, which is a plus in a time when everyone relies on riders exploited by big delivery companies. Arrived in no time and everything was piping hot. I think I will become a regular customer. Highly recommended!
