For work in Perugia, I stopped by this place twice, enjoying both the pinsa and the hamburger. Both were very good. The dough is made by them and there are different variants, including vegetarian options. You can also get the hamburger vegan and gluten-free. The only downside is the cover charge of €2.5, which is a bit expensive considering that the average prices are around €9-11.

We were there this summer, we had a quick pinsa because we were in a hurry. The staff was extremely kind and the pinsa was incredibly good. Highly recommended especially because all the pinsas can be made gluten-free.

I am celiac and I was very happy to discover this location accredited by the Italian Celiac Association. The choice among the delicious pins is endless... the hamburgers are delightful, and the fries are also fried separately without contamination. The outdoor area is in a charming corner of Perugia, the staff is not only attentive but also kind, and the venue offers an excellent quality-price ratio.
