It cannot be considered a restaurant with attention to coeliacs, however it was noted when I made the reservation by the staff.

I am celiac and after various searches I was disappointed with gluten-free options in Perugia. I found myself in front of this small osteria (I must say small but very beautiful) and without any hope, I asked if they had gluten-free cooking. Emphasizing the fact that they were not certified, they told me that I could have anything while being careful about contamination.... What can I say? Everything was really delicious, a spectacular platter, a fantastic first course both with and WITHOUT GLUTEN, and even the dessert was great! Basically, an explosion of taste and flavors... The staff was very nice! I will definitely return... highly recommended!
