Uncertified location. They were very clear in communicating this to us, emphasizing that they would still be very careful about contamination. Neither my daughter nor I (both celiac) had any issues. We chose two first courses that were served to us promptly and with gluten-free tagliatelle! All the second courses are gluten-free. We had a great experience. I recommend it.

I am celiac and after various searches I was disappointed with gluten-free options in Perugia. I found myself in front of this small osteria (I must say small but very beautiful) and without any hope, I asked if they had gluten-free cooking. Emphasizing the fact that they were not certified, they told me that I could have anything while being careful about contamination.... What can I say? Everything was really delicious, a spectacular platter, a fantastic first course both with and WITHOUT GLUTEN, and even the dessert was great! Basically, an explosion of taste and flavors... The staff was very nice! I will definitely return... highly recommended!
