Gluten-free certified locale. We had dinner with my son, and he was able to ask for whatever he wanted, all gluten-free. The dishes arrive at the table marked as gluten-free, so both waiters and diners cannot make mistakes.

A very well-prepared place regarding gluten-free options with a wide choice. The sandwiches are excellent. The only negative note is that the second time we went, the pizza was under-seasoned, possibly due to too many customers, but it was still under-seasoned. The service was not very professional both times we went. Overall, it's a great gluten-free place, but the service and the under-seasoned pizza (which others also complained about) made it lose points.

From appetizers to desserts, everything can be made gluten-free. I had one of the best pizzas. The desserts are exceptional (the cheesecake or the sandwich are a must-try). The quality-price ratio is excellent, and the waiters are really kind. Nice venue. I will definitely come back.

The venue is certified and very attentive to contamination, paying a lot of attention to gluten intolerance. There is the possibility to eat antipasti, first courses, pizza, and hamburgers gluten-free. Personally, I had a very good hamburger with fries. Affordable prices and very kind and attentive staff.

The restaurant has a whole menu dedicated to gluten-free options, the staff is always very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommended, especially the pinsa!

Exceptional gluten-free pizza! My partner and I chose Tankard for dinner, and the experience was truly fantastic. Being celiac, I can say without hesitation that the gluten-free pizza is the best I've ever had: light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My partner's traditional pizza was simply incredible as well. Impeccable and fast service, despite it being a Saturday night at 9:30 PM with the place packed. We will definitely return to try more specialties. A true paradise for celiacs like me!

Very nice place in the heart of Perugia. Gluten-free pizzas and pinsa, I loved it! Delicious pinsa. You can choose any pizza from the menu and have the gluten-free variant 💞 I chose the one with friarielli and sausage to keep it light 🤣 Also three gluten-free beers to drink and fries. Really very nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

Gluten-free options for pinsa and traditional pizza are available. I am celiac and I was moved by the goodness of the pinsa I had. In the photo, there's also the dessert, which consists of rolls with Nutella, cream, and caramel. Super approved!

Great experience, nice place, beautiful decor, lots of seating inside. A vast choice of gluten-free products (both pinza and pizza and fried food). I had a pizza, very good sg (with the addition of €3) and the garlic fries, both excellent. The tall, slim waitress with straight black hair was super kind and welcoming. The cashier staff was a bit less friendly; when I asked to split the bill, the cashier visibly seemed annoyed... They charge €0.5 for the carton to take leftovers. The gluten-free Belgian beer (produced in Tuscany) was delicious.

I really enjoyed the food here. They have lots of gluten free options and are accredited by AIC. The gluten free pizza was one of the best I had. They also have delicious deserts. I highly recommend the tiramisu!
