Finally, the creaminess I was looking for. Excellent ice cream, well-defined flavors, and the right creaminess that I've always loved in ice creams. It remains the top gelateria in Perugia. They also have a gluten-free option and various ice cream flavors on a stick that are quite good. The use of cream is excellent.

delicious gelato. wide selection of flavors and all products are gluten-free, which is very hard to find in small towns. the only major flaw is the environment and the older gentleman who has an intrusive and annoying behavior towards female customers and the questionable and aggressive tones with which he treated the employee while she was preparing the gelato. a real shame.
