Old Wild West Gaeta offers a gluten-free menu option with some sandwich choices. While having a more limited assortment compared to other locations in the chain, it still provides a good experience for those seeking gluten-free alternatives.

I came yesterday evening with my partner and my daughter. They didn't give any games or colors to my daughter saying they were out of stock. For me, who is celiac, they messed up the order; I had ordered a baby cheeseburger menu with well-done hamburger (no blood) without bread, and with carrots and cherry tomatoes. They brought me the sandwich with fries instead. When I told them they made a mistake, they simply removed the bread and returned the same hamburger completely RAW, with 2 halved cherry tomatoes and 5 grams of carrots. An outrageous situation. I obviously did not have dinner and still had to pay. Among other things, they brought our three orders at different times: my daughter first, then I after another 10 minutes, and my partner after another 10 minutes, unable, even if wanting, to have dinner together. Terrible service. Rude staff. I will never return, I highly discourage it.

Gluten-free menu very limited compared to other Old Wild West restaurants. ** I’m adding detail following the response received. A few weeks ago, I was at an Old Wild West not far from this one, where I was offered a gluten-free menu identical to the gluten menu, perhaps with one or two fewer dishes. At this Old Wild West, I was offered a gluten-free menu with 3/4 choices of sandwiches, without fried options, and I was served a sandwich with fries different from those served with gluten, and especially without the typical sauce found in every Old Wild West. So, yes, the reason for the 3 stars is this, as it is really strange that a restaurant belonging to a chain that offers the same menu everywhere has a gluten-free menu different from the others. I will only modify the review of the environment since it was a mistake. I hope I have explained myself better.
