"Lievito - Officina della Pizza" offers a variety of gluten-free and lactose-free pizzas and fried foods, prepared with care in separate kitchens. The staff is very accommodating, and the wood-fired oven visible at the entrance adds a traditional touch.

In this place, I was able to eat normal pizza before discovering I was celiac, and then I had to switch to gluten-free. As for the classic pizza, there’s nothing to complain about; it’s an excellent pizzeria. However, for the gluten-free pizza, I’m sorry, but it absolutely does not meet expectations; I feel like saying it’s better to fast.

Neapolitan pizzeria. On the menu, there are indications for gluten-free dishes, but upon request, non-marked ones can also be made. Limited choice of appetizers, but they are exceptional; the Neapolitan pizza is superbly soft and delicious, and if I'm not mistaken, there is only one gluten-free dessert. Excellent service, very kind and attentive staff. Great value for money. I highly recommend it.

They have several types of gluten-free pizza and fried foods, as well as lactose-free options. Good products and very helpful staff. They are not part of the AIC circuit, but they do have 2 separate kitchens. The wood-fired oven is clearly visible at the entrance, while the gluten-free pizza comes from a kitchen on the lower floor. It should be noted that the pizza must be thin; otherwise, it turns out thick like the Genovese style.

I had a wonderful evening with my mother-in-law, wife, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law. The venue was welcoming, clean, and very nice, well-kept. The service was fast with polite waiters who know how to treat customers, absolutely nothing to complain about. For the little ones, they provide a sheet with colors for coloring and entertaining the kids. The pizza was truly exceptional with an infinite variety of flavors that I honestly have never seen anywhere else. I had never eaten Neapolitan pizza and was pleasantly surprised and absolutely satisfied. The option for gluten-free pizza is definitely not to be overlooked. The desserts were also very good. The waiting times were just right. I'll definitely return. Why not?

Recommended by a friend, it was a great experience among friends concerning the culinary aspect, amazing pizzas. The best I've ever eaten in the area! Very special, well-made, and light! Less so the atmosphere, the place is not soundproofed, making it difficult to converse. The highlight was the pizza with Nutella, which finally uses real Nutella! I recommend it! Availability for gluten-free pizza for celiacs.

Very spacious venue with indoor rooms and a veranda. In summer, there are also outdoor tables. Unfortunately, if there are shows in the square in front, parking is lacking and there is a lot of noise. Excellent Neapolitan pizza with quality ingredients. The crust is really tasty, but the base is very thin and soft, making it a bit difficult to eat a slice with your hands. The appetizers are also great, especially the zoccolette with stracciata and cherry tomatoes, and the panuozzi. We did not try the desserts. Many dishes are available gluten-free. The supplì is excellent, and the pizza is good, although not on par with the original. Good beer selection and attentive, efficient staff. Reasonable prices.

Good pizza, even gluten-free version, it's a shame that the staff insists on calling it "coeliac pizza" instead of "gluten-free pizza," confusing the characteristic of the food with the condition 🤣
