Very good gluten-free pizza. Friendly staff, not AIC certified but attentive and prepared regarding contamination. Highly recommended.

Great gluten-free pizza. Friendly and attentive staff. They prepare both pizza and tiella. You can order pizza even shortly before, but for tiella, you need to ask for it the day before.

Great pizza by the slice, plus it's the only place that makes gluten-free dough. The only downside is that you can't reserve the gluten-free pizza, but if you arrive early enough, they can prepare it for you just the way you like it in about 10 minutes.

We called this pizzeria to order a regular Tiella and a gluten-free one for lunch tomorrow (we are being proactive because it’s written that the gluten-free order needs to be made in advance). The girl who answered the phone explained that the Tiella must be ordered beforehand, but the order must be paid for in advance because many times people do not pick it up. We offered to pay for the order remotely, living 90 km from Gaeta and not being able to go there tonight to book it in person for tomorrow. She told us that she only works there and can't do it, she doesn’t know how it works, and besides, that people were entering the pizzeria and she had to hang up. I do not doubt the quality because I have never tried it, but the organization and customer service are less than zero! Sometimes it’s better to eat decently but receive good service, and this doesn’t seem like the right way!

Fantastic gluten-free tiella. It needs to be booked the day before, as it is specially prepared with all necessary precautions. The pizza, on the other hand, can be ordered on the spot with a wait of 15 minutes. The girls at the counter are extremely courteous and helpful. There is a small covered outdoor area with tables and chairs to eat. I recommend it to all celiac people!

Celiac Experience Good gluten-free pizza, but you have to wait between 15 to 20 minutes because it is made fresh. (I recommend ordering in advance by phone so they set aside the dough.) The ingredients for various toppings without contamination may run out, and you might end up only being able to choose the classic Margherita. There are a few tables for outdoor seating, but there are limited spots, and sometimes you have to wait for someone to leave to sit down. Parking is distant, available in common areas for a fee or blue lines.

With my wife and daughter, after a walk along the seafront, we decide to eat something while avoiding the numerous dining places around (we didn't want to spend much!). A quick Google search focusing on gluten-free (my wife is gluten intolerant) led us to this takeout pizzeria. We decided to call first to ensure about the gluten-free options (we were worried due to a negative review on the topic). After being reassured by the very kind interlocutor, we headed there. After a bit of normal waiting, we ordered tiella with octopus, two slices of stuffed pizza, and a gluten-free Margherita. The food was excellent, the gluten-free pizza was ready in 10 minutes (the cooking time), and we enjoyed it in the outdoor patio. During these vacation days (we are new tourists in Gaeta), we tasted various tielles, but this one was truly good, as was the gluten-free pizza, with a really great dough. Kudos to the girls at the counter. Supermarket prices and top quality! (I don’t have a receipt, but we paid little compared to the quality of the food).

WHAT A SURPRISE! When a celiac goes on vacation, they know that most likely they won't be able to fully enjoy the local specialties! Pizzeria Traniello instead reserved an unexpected surprise for me, and I tasted a spectacular tiella! In fact, three because after the first one with escarole, I went back to get the one with octopus and cherry tomatoes and the one with cod and escarole! I hope to return soon! Thank you

A place that stands out in the square thanks to its strategic location, visible to both passersby and motorists. Recently discovered, this tile shop and pizzeria pleasantly surprised me. One of the highlights was the gluten-free tiella, an option that is usually hard to find and is expertly prepared here. I noticed Michele's personal touch in the preparation, which shows experience and dedication. Even though it doesn’t have a separate area for preparation, his attention to detail and care in the process really makes a difference compared to those who opt for simpler solutions. I can only recommend this experience, especially for those who want to taste authentic delicacies of the local tradition. Moreover, the possibility of enjoying everything outdoors with external tables is another positive point to highlight. Overall, a place to try and keep in mind during walks in Gaeta.
