Acireale is a must-stop for celiacs, like my daughter unfortunately, but here it's less unfortunate because I also ate wonderful things even though I have no intolerances! We also ordered some amazing arancine, ordered in the morning for the afternoon! Everything was wonderful, from baked goods to desserts! I start with the premise that I always buy snacks, cookies, etc. This time, however, for the first time, I wanted to change the usual classic cake and I must say that I made an excellent choice. At first, I was unsure, I was afraid that the gluten-free chocolate cake for everyone would taste different. I created 100 problems for the non-celiac kids, but right after tasting this wonderful cake, my problems disappeared. I made a great impression with both the adults and the little ones. The cake was delicious, it didn't even seem to be gluten-free. I take this opportunity to thank the gluten-free corner. PS: It was gone right away.

On the occasion of my birthday, I requested a cake that I could eat as I am celiac. All the guests complimented and were pleasantly surprised by the taste of the cake; it was light yet super tasty. The use of different ingredients to make it gluten-free was not perceptible at all; on the contrary, it had a flavor far superior to many others available in various pastry shops. Highly recommended, trust me, you won't be disappointed! A positive note also for the very friendly and always available staff, even though it was carnival season, which was very busy, they managed to accommodate me in everything.

We went on vacation to Acireale, and we had the chance to taste the products from this artisan workshop. Everything is really delicious and the owner is very kind and knowledgeable about potential allergies. In fact, in addition to gluten-free products, we found many items without eggs. I would say the prices are more than fair. It certainly made our vacation more enjoyable!

Today I witnessed an almost unexpected event: my son's birthday cake was a hit. Absolutely delicious, fluffy, and soft. It had a great taste and was enjoyed by both adults and children.
