In the city for work with a colleague who is gluten intolerant like me, we dined three nights here. The staff is kind, cheerful, and friendly. The dishes are superbly cooked. Good value for money and high quality of food. The menu features seasonal products that change every month. We had no issues and digested everything very well. This shows that you don't need to be certified to work well with respect and attention to the customer. Almost the entire menu is gluten-free. When you leave these places, now rare, you wonder why can't the others be like this too? Sincere congratulations!

My boyfriend and I, both celiac, had a delicious spinach pie and seafood salad as appetizers. Both were very good, and they also brought us packaged Schär bread. When we asked about the risottos, they told us that they are all gluten-free and they were fantastic :) A very nice place, just outside the center of Parma, with courteous and knowledgeable staff. I absolutely recommend it :)

A dream, I wouldn't even know where to begin. A place right in the center, just steps from the station, with a beautiful outdoor courtyard and a spacious interior room with a modern, colorful, and original atmosphere. The service was incredible: good, kind, and helpful people who really make you feel at home. The menu is very extensive and varies according to the season; there are appetizers, an endless variety of risottos, main dishes, sides, and desserts. And the food? I had the best vegan and gluten-free risotto of my life. Yes, because upon request they can make any risotto you want vegan (I recommend asking for the best combinations). Speaking of combinations, for each risotto, the wine that paired best was suggested. I loved this place from the first moment I walked in until (unfortunately) I had to leave. Go there, go there, and go there again!
