Oven Parma is a place that offers Neapolitan-style pizzas with a high crust, appreciated for their lightness. The gluten-free variant is tasty and prepared with great care.

They are not AIC certified, but gluten-free pizzas are made in a completely different location, so there is no contamination. They make you sit at the table and then the gluten-free pizza arrives from their other location across the street. They have few tables. They have limited flavor options. The pizza is hard to cut and very floury. The crust and base are burnt, as seen in the photo. Additionally, there is really too much topping on the pizza! I couldn't eat it without all that sauce spilling onto the plate and my hands. I've been there twice. It didn't leave a lasting impression. If I had to recommend it, I wouldn't recommend it at all. I give it two stars because I asked them to remake the pizza since I had a burnt taste in my mouth, and they did it without problems (although unfortunately, it was the same as before). Attention celiacs: the menu only indicates the gluten-free pizza! So if you order something else, make sure it is gluten-free because NOT everything is gluten-free.

the pizza is really good, the best in Parma, also the focaccias are particularly good

It is a completely gluten-free place where I had the chance to eat a very good gluten-free casatiello. The only downside is that on Saturdays, during lunchtime, they had very little availability (it seemed like almost everything was finished).

quality, taste, kindness, and maximum safety. Practically perfect. Too bad for the location a bit outside the center, but it's worth it!

Unique opportunity in Parma to eat pizza by the slice!!! Thank you for the opportunity and for the offer of very good products (pizza, focaccia, panzerotti, sweet rolls) and of quality.

Gluten-free pizza that is very good with Neapolitan dough, a somewhat limited choice of pizzas but very high quality ingredients. They have a separate location where you can take away or eat on the other side of the street in the "normal" place. Besides pizza, they make other baked goods and desserts, it’s best to go as soon as they open because they sell out quickly! Prices are a bit high but in line with the service they offer.

Very good Neapolitan pizza, high and light. The kitchen is separate, there is no contamination. The cheesecake SG was delicious! I ordered a Margherita, but there was a good variety of flavors. If I were to pass through Parma again, I would definitely return!

A place that offers Neapolitan-style pizzas with a high crust. The gluten-free option is excellent and especially very light.
