AIC Certificate. Very refined place. It's not an everyday occurrence. It’s for a special evening once in a while. The food is very good and the service is elegant and welcoming.

Very beautiful and welcoming place, very kind staff, and the entire gluten-free menu, from appetizers to dessert, everything is exquisite! Prices are average. Highly recommended.

Wide selection in all courses, very professional staff, and food that is more than good. Price is quite high but the place is very well maintained and welcoming. Top choice for a more elegant evening than usual.

Very good trattoria, highly recommended. They have an entire menu with gluten-free options (always traditional dishes) and the environment and service are approved 👍🏻

We had a wonderful time: wonderful gluten-free menu! We feel like recommending this trattoria: the staff is really very kind and helpful, even for suggestions on what to choose and how to pair. The menu offers delicious dishes with numerous gluten-free options including stuffed fresh pasta: delicious! The place is really nice and well-kept; we were seated in a quiet area, with high chairs and coloring materials available to entertain the kids. We will definitely return!

Charming and elegant place. Impeccable service and attentive staff. Excellent food with a menu dedicated to gluten-free and lactose-free options. The cured meats and parmesan are outstanding; the cheek and veal point are highly recommended. Desserts without gluten and lactose, a combination that is quite difficult to find: naturally, these are also delicious. It's a pity that it's in a city different from ours.

beautiful and well-lit place, very attentive to intolerances menu for both celiacs and non-celiacs, fresh bread made by them, friendly and cordial staff, delicious dishes.

My boyfriend and I, both celiacs, had dinner at this restaurant and we ate wonderful ravioli made with their handmade pasta. (I've never found a place that makes pasta for us celiacs). For the main course, we had the suckling pig accompanied by potatoes, which was also delicious and reminded me almost of the flavors of Sardinian suckling pig, and the dessert was great. The staff was kind and friendly, I can’t wait to go back; highly recommended!

GLUTEN FREE I went to this trattoria for a business dinner with a colleague because I am celiac. Staff super attentive to gluten-free options, with a separate menu from appetizers to desserts. Herb tortelli were very good, homemade dessert.

a place in the Oltretorrente, a quiet and very nice area. They are very attentive to intolerances and there are vegetarian options. Overall, I would recommend this place for important occasions, as the prices are a bit high. Both the meat and fish dishes are very good. I did not understand if gluten-free fried cake is available on the menu.

The food was incredible, even better than I expected. Excellent wine list and the best crème caramel I've had in a while. The staff is very friendly.

Beautiful place, well-prepared and managed staff. I really appreciated the way the dishes are served SG (dishes are not touched by hands but with cloths and are always separated from the rest). Both the warm bread and the SG crackers were very good. I tried a second course, which was the John Dory with zucchini and potatoes, a very delicate and balanced dish... I would have appreciated a slightly larger portion 😄 the SG dessert with berries was also very good. Positive experience.

A quiet location in the Oltretorrente area of Parma, easily reachable on foot without the use of vehicles and not far from the main square of the city. The place is welcoming, as is the staff. The menu is entirely reserved for gluten-free options and offers many typical local choices: mixed cured meats and cheeses, house bread, herb tortelli, pumpkin tortelli, and much more. There is also an immense selection of desserts. 😋 I highly recommend choosing this restaurant because I consider it the best in the area dedicated to gluten-free dining due to the wide range of dishes and affordable prices.

Trattoria Il Cortile is located in the historic center of Parma. Characteristic location, ceilings with wooden beams, dim lighting, reserved and intimate atmosphere. The menu is rich in typical dishes from the Parmense tradition, also available in a gluten-free version. The restaurant is indeed AIC certified: fresh pasta and homemade desserts that are truly amazing! The wine list is "national," offering a wide selection of wines from different regions of Italy. Good quality-price ratio! Recommended for those who want to savor the typical cuisine of the place!

A more than pleasant dinner!!! I chose this restaurant because my boyfriend is celiac and I knew that they also make gluten-free tortelli and other dishes here! One cannot come to Parma and not eat tortelli ;) Delicious dishes: we had a mixed platter as an appetizer, they also provide gluten-free bread and grissini, braised anolini in capon broth, and pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage, all gluten-free, as well as main courses. Excellent service, a peaceful and very pleasant atmosphere and location. Being a covered courtyard, we were able to come here without issues during the time when only outdoor restaurants were open.

Beautiful, intimate, and romantic location... quality of the products. I ordered typical gluten-free dishes from the menu (having never been to Parma) and everything was very good... the waiter who served us was uniquely kind... we felt pampered.
