Let's start by saying that they have a celiac in the family... and this is already a guarantee for us. The desserts are mostly homemade and gluten-free, including the pastiera! A lot of choices for fish and meat. Good pizza but could be improved. Overall, surely a pass, even just for the opportunities they offer.

Assuming that the restaurant is not certified, it still offers good gluten-free pizzas, delicious gluten-free desserts, and also has Daura beer. So let's say it's not bad. However, the waiters are "just passing through" and don't know anything related to gluten. All of this is not positive.

We were welcomed very kindly starting from the call to book the table, served quickly and with great care. My daughter, who is celiac, had her beloved pizza without any issues (which is not taken for granted). What can I say, the pizza is really delicious. I recommend everyone to try it and I hope to have the chance to pass through Trecate again😀 Greetings from Tuscany!

Being the first time, I must say that I will definitely return.. the seafood dishes were really good.. the pizza dough was digestible and the homemade desserts were excellent.. also recommended for those with lactose intolerance and celiac disease.. both in drinks and in dishes and desserts.. the waiters were kind and professional.. compliments
