Friendly and skilled staff. Sublime purple shrimp tartare, and for the second course, I was offered a sandwich filled with raw red shrimp, burrata, arugula pesto, and almonds, exceptional. Reservation is required. Recommended.

Great experience, EXCEPT for a couple of details that, in my opinion, are particularly intolerable for a restaurant. Nice place, I really appreciate the style of the interior room, with paintings that recall a marine theme. The food is really good, at least the dishes I tried, fantastic raw ones and some truly interesting proposals among appetizers and first courses. There are several off-menu options available. The wine list is decent but I appreciate the regionality of the offered wines. Only one among the staff was really smiling and helpful. Negative notes that, for me, justify the rating and make me avoid further attempts: the kitchen closed without any notice. Our experience was interrupted and no one tried to remedy this lack. Despite mentioning our discontent about the incident to more than one person among the staff, they didn’t even want to know if the desired dishes were hot or cold and if it was possible to continue with our meal. Even the mentioned young man only expressed a simple "I’m not dealing with it, but I will inform.", which I find an intolerable lack because one of the things I dislike most is having to give up trying dishes already seen on the menu without any warning. The bathrooms (at least the women’s one) are in deplorable conditions. Bread that doesn't meet my appreciation. Ultimately, to my regret, I cannot recommend it because my weighted average heavily emphasizes some truly intolerable service details.
