Very helpful and polite staff, attentive to the needs of those who are gluten intolerant. The first courses (good) can also be served gluten-free, and the fried dishes are all made with corn flour. I would gladly return.

Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Trapani, the food is excellent and, although it is not 100% gluten-free, they are very attentive to the needs of celiac patients and contamination. I had fresh busiate, their fried dishes, and other seafood products, and everything was delicious. This restaurant is definitely a stop you shouldn't miss if you're in Trapani!

Family-run restaurant specializing in local fish and traditional Trapani cuisine. I recommend it because they use only rice flour for all fried dishes and gluten-free breadcrumbs by default. There is no risk of contamination and no need for separate environments. If you're in the mood for fried fish or want to try Trapani cuisine, you can't go wrong choosing this restaurant.

Fishing family for generations, able to bring the authentic flavors of the sea to the table. Excellent quality/price ratio, fresh fish well presented. You must absolutely try the ritunnu rattatu, produced by them. Important note: the entire menu is also available gluten-free.

We went to eat at Tramontana because my girlfriend eats gluten-free and because it was recommended to us by two people who had already been there a few nights before. The staff was very nice, helpful, and polite. We ordered a mixed appetizer as a starter and a "simple" tomato bruschetta with grated rutunnu on top. As main courses, we had a seafood fry (battered with rice flour, so also suitable for celiacs) and fish rolls. Water, half a liter of white wine, and to finish a fantastic and unforgettable almond parfait with almond granules and chocolate. Everything was very good for a total of 60 euros. RECOMMENDED.
