We had dinner there for three nights during our stay in Sicily, both my mother and I are celiac. Not only did we find everything excellent, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff, but the portions were huge and the prices extremely reasonable. We ordered a tray of chips for four, and by mistake, they brought us a plate for two; they were the ones who noticed the error and brought us a second serving, while we thought ours was for four given how abundant it was. I'd add that the chips and panelle were delicious (they also have gluten-free fried fish, which is great). I think the gluten-free pizza dough is the best I've ever eaten; I'll probably dream about it at night. It was out of this world. The pasta and desserts were also delicious, but if you're only going for one night, I recommend the pizza because it's really worth it. If you're in the area, I strongly recommend stopping by. But even if you're not in the area, we drove 50 minutes each time to get there, and it was worth it every time. I give it 5/5 stars because I can't give more.

Great experience even without gluten! Usually, we order the pizza (always excellent). This time we tried the restaurant, we went for Palm Sunday 2025 and what can I say? Everything was plentiful, good, and at a great price.. the waiters even offered seconds! Bottle of wine, mix of appetizers, 1 first course, and 2 main courses.. also included dessert, fruit salad, and coffee! 35€ Super recommended! The owner is celiac, so there is extra care for gluten-free, and they prepared special pasta for my celiac wife, bread for her, etc.

location country-style, welcoming, clean, and well-managed: very talented chef with excellent km0 food. Important for those who need gluten-free and dairy-free dishes.
