What can I say? I am happy to have found a gluten-free store. Excellent products and very modest prices. You must try the arancini and IRIS filled with mozzarella and ham, rather than ragĂč, they are exquisite. Very good bread. The cookies are also delicious. They are available to fry and/or heat any product on the spot. There are panelle, brioche pizzas, and many other items, along with cold drinks. A true paradise for celiacs! Very friendly. I bought two zeppole di San Giuseppe and at home I noticed they were filled with cow ricotta instead of sheep ricotta (notably, all Sicilian desserts are made with sheep ricotta, which has a very different flavor). When I ordered over the phone, I was offered the lactose-free option, without specifying the different type of ricotta, and there was no trace of chocolate chips or orange peel. Furthermore, one of the zeppole was much shorter and broken into two pieces; it had been reassembled on the tray and covered with ricotta. When I complained over the phone, instead of apologizing, the owner blamed me for not informing myself better!? And she minimized the fact that the zeppola was broken into two pieces! I wonder if they also sell broken cannoli..! Considering I spent over twenty euros to also buy a fried calzone, two pizza doughs, a donut, and cookies, it was not a nice treatment. The calzone wasn't great; I've eaten much better in Palermo. Unfortunately, I can't add the photos.

Visited the bakery one hour after it opened and all the pastries were cold. Taste of the pastries was okay, cannoli were great but I was a little disappointed that nothing was warm. There werenât that many options but the worker was very friendly and nice so she made the experience better.

We found Sglutinando by chance while searching for a gluten-free bar on the way to the sea. A place of truly remarkable quality, both for the selection of typical products at the counter, both sweet and savory, gluten-free and with wheat flours, as well as for the environment. Very attentive and kind, we definitely need to return when we are in Trapani. A special mention also to Mr. Oddo, whom we had the pleasure of meeting and photographing: he is the visionary who started this local excellence. Well done, we will happily see you again.

Everything gluten-free, and really good. We stopped by before heading to the beach to grab something quick for lunch. We got a rice ball with meat, a square (I think that's what it's called), and another thing stuffed with vegetables whose name I don't know. Everything was excellent, and the prices were low. The girl who was there that day was really nice.

A pleasant discovery for those with gluten-free needs. Excellent products ranging from savory to sweet. Cannoli of excellent quality, but the ones that stand out the most are undoubtedly the marzipan. Compliments go to the lady and her daughter who know how to pamper the customers. I highly recommend it.

I tried this bakery during my vacation in Trapani for a gluten-free breakfast and a few small take-away lunches. Everything was absolutely fantastic, the brioche with chocolate chips has a place in my heart since I've returned home. I will go back every time I'm in Trapani, truly wonderful!!!

I canât believe itâs all gluten free - the products were spongy and fluffy and utterly delicious. The service was super friendly and prices were unbelievably good. Youâll need to go in the morning to catch the arancini since they sell out very quickly, but I can also recommend the sugared donut and marmalade bun. I wish I could take them back to Berlin with me!
