I confirm what has been written in the previous reviews, the establishment is absolutely prepared and available. About 90% of the menu is available. Staff is completely helpful and kind, with typical dishes from the area.

Very nice place with excellent typical Novara food. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive staff regarding food intolerances. They don’t have a specific gluten-free menu, but without any prior notice, they promptly replaced the dishes planned for the table with equivalent ones for my celiac husband, who found them very good. For celiacs, they have both bread substitutes (crispbread, breadsticks, taralli, corn triangles) and gluten-free pasta and gnocchi, as well as some desserts. Recommended!
